I can definitely recommend this company. Everything went smoothly throughout. From selecting a fire to having it fitted all ahead of expected time. Steve was very helpful and friendly in the shop. Tom did a great job fitting it and taking away the old fire, leaving no mess at all. Well done, this is the place to go.

We received very useful information about fireplaces and made our decision to purchase as a result of our visit to the showroom. The fitting of the fireplace also took place on time and was expertly carried out.

We shopped around quite a bit and searched online but it was only after a recommendation we visited Fireplace Warehouse. From the minute we walked in and looked around we were spoilt for choice, a great range and all well priced. Ray was really helpful and patient answering our questions and giving us good advice. We decided on a fire and today it was fitted and looks fabulous, we are delighted with it, so much so that we’ll be going in again very soon as we now want to transform a second room. Thanks to Ray and Kieran in the showroom and Tom and Shaun the fitters, for excellent service and all round great experience from start to finish. Highly recommend Fireplace Warehouse, couldn’t be happier. Thanks guys.

If you want great service, great selection, knowledgeable staff and an excellent fitter this is the place for you.

We needed two fires replacing in a house we were purchasing.

We initially met Steve who couldn’t have been more helpful; he spent a considerable amount of time turning fires on for us, showing us the effects they created, explaining we could swap out fires with different surrounds or different slate sets in respect of the stove we were looking at.
We came away with a good idea of what we wanted but were still waiting on an exchange date.
When we returned to make sure we were certain which we wanted Kieran again spent time showing us the full range of stoves they had and after deciding we wanted a darker hearth with one of the surrounds he wrote it all down in their diary so that once we had exchanged contracts and went back in whoever dealt with us had it all in front of them.
After exchange we went straight in and spoke to Ray, who quickly found Kieran’s notes, and organised a deposit so they could order in both fires.
Tom their fitter came within days of us moving and ripped out the old fires and made the openings work for the new fires.
We did this as a two part fit, so despite the fires having not arrived it meant we could get on with decorating (Kieran’s suggestion).
Tom, and Shaun, have been today and fitted both rooms with new fires and we are thrilled!
They are polite, friendly, careful and conscientious. They covered all carpets and cleared up after themselves.
They take a great deal of pride in the work they carry out.
Tom, and Fireplace warehouse, are so confident that they don’t take final payment until the fires are in and fitted as they want you to be 100% happy.

We would have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone.

The warehouse was esay to find and not too far away. They had a great selection of fires on display. I gathered the impression that thes guys have been selling fores for years and know what they are tralking about. We found the fire we wanted, paid for home delivery and had it delivered within 48 hours.
It looks good.

After shopping around for a new electric fire we visited Fireplace Warehouse on a friends recommendation. Great selection of working fires on display. We found an ideal fire for us and received great help from staff member in store. He listened to what we were looking for and explained the different fire styles. We booked a survey to make sure electrics all ok and had the fire delivered and fitted yesterday. It looks brilliant and the specialist fitter Tom took great care to ensure it was working correctly. Great experience would recommend a visit to store. Prices represented good value as well.

Amazing service from start to finish.

From start to finish nothing was too much trouble for Steve and Kieran. They gave us lots of information about buying the right fireplace and guided us through the process.
The fitter Tom and the young lad with them covered all of our furniture and floors and left the fire place immaculate.
We would recommend Fireplace Warehouse Liverpool to anyone who is looking to buy a new fireplace.

We recently purchased our fireplace and couldn’t be happier. Amazing showroom, friendly, helpful staff who give you space to look round, but ready to answer any questions or give advice. We were literally spoiled for choice. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a new fireplace.

Absolutely fantastic service from initial visit of the showroom to the aftercare. No pressure to buy just friendly guidance!
Kept us updated with delivery and customer aftercare was excellent. The manufacturer had missed something out of our box and I called Steve and he dealt with it straight away and had the manufacturer send it ASAP, he was fantastic!

I was unsure how to work the remote and popped back into the shop and they were once again great helping me. Absolutely delighted with our fire for our new media wall and would highly recommend FPWL, you don’t get this level of friendly service very often!

Absolutely seamless service from Fireplace Warehouse Liverpool from stepping into the showroom to choosing our fire and having it fitted. No selling pressure, only advice and guidance when we needed it. We were kept in touch throughout our order and the two-man fitting team did an excellent job taking great care and skill in patching up around the fitting and the new outside flue.

The staff here and the service are second to none. They don’t pressure you at all and give you lots of useful help and information to let you come to your choice. Once ordered they gave regular updates so great customer service! The guys who fitted the fire were really friendly and did a fantastic job which also involved bricking up an old vent. I can’t recommend this place highly enough
