Ordered their Celeste Shimmer Fringe Dress for my hen party. Dress came and it was very poor quality. Nothing like the pictures on the website. Followed their returns instructions to hear nothing and parcel returned to me months later.
Paid international shipping to return also.

Never received order. No response from customer service. Must be a scam business don’t order anything!

1 star because they are terrible and I cant give a lower rating. Terrible quality fringe dress, cheap fabric. Cost 70euro! Took ages to arrive almost 5 weeks then the fringe was such poor quality and bust area way to small. Tried to return and all website links broken. Absolutely terrible DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY.

Terrible from start to finish - I wish I had read these reviews before ordering! I paid £68 for a dress that when it finally did arrive, was in a Shein bag!! Tried to get in touch to return the dress as the quality is cheap, tassels falling off as soon as I took it out of the bag and heard nothing back. Sent 2 emails, and when I search for the online shop it says the store does not exist?? I am currently having to dispute the transaction with my bank - thank god I paid by credit card so hopefully get my money back. Do NOT order from these rip off merchants. 100% scam

2 weeks ago I ordered a dress from the website, I got a confirmation that said the dress would arrivr within 8 days. Still didn't receive the dress and they haven't responded to 2 emails I wrote.

I wish I read the reviews before I order the dress. I ordered a dress a month ago and I never received it…I also sent them three mails and they never responded. Terrible website! Terrible service and I am not sure if that company even exists….

I ordered a dress from this site. Never received tracking updates. Only shipping email stating it was coming from china. Emailed customer service 3 times with zero response, tried to call customer service well the number didn’t work. SCAM. They take your money and if you do get a dress it’s the quality of $5.00 dress. The advertisement is stolen from another website for high end dress maker.

Well, I have made my order (which is already paid) more than a month ago and I have also send an email, because I have no news until now. They have not answered my email. I haven't received my dress and today I tried to track the package and there was no page.
Hope they send my paid dress as soon as possible.

This is an absolutely terrible organisation. They say they are based in the US, they ship from China and the returns have to go to Brazil. I ordered a dress for £69.00 and it took 2 weeks to arrive (as I didn't know it was coming from China) and then the quality of it is absolutely shocking - nothing like those that are advertised. They have not got back to any of my communications. The zip is difficult to get up, and the tassles are sparse. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!

I wish I'd read these reviews before purchasing. I ordered 2 dresses (£150 altogether) weeks ago but still not received them. And I emailed customer support days ago but I've heard nothing back.

Ok, so I left the above review yesterday and today the dresses have arrived! They look decent quality although I haven't tried them on yet. If someone had got back to my email to customer support I wouldn't have left this snotty review!

Compre 1 vestido, en la fotografía era precioso, recibí la copia barata del pedido.
Pague por el vestido 71 euros, mas un coste extra para entregar con DHL Express entre 3 y 5 día hábiles. Pues bien llego casi un mes tarde.
He solicitado la devolución del vestido y devolución del pago, 3 mails enviados y nada.
El departamento de at al cliente es inexistente y cuando contestan es un mail tipo que no corresponde a tu solicitud o dudas.
NO COMPRAR SON ESTAFADORES PROFESIONALES.

Terrible quality of the products, they definitely use fake images/photography, likely from the brands whose designs they have copied.
Also, there is terrible customer service - good luck trying to return anything!
Please save your money, or invest in the genuine product.

Ordered the Celeste dress and they sent a completely different dress to the website photos. Super cheap and not like the pictures!! I contacted them via email and instagram and they keep giving me the runaround, refusing to accept that the dresses are different despite me sending photos. Absolute scam!

If i could give a minus then i would have, do not buy from this Company, they are scamming people. I made an order in March and not received anything, the tracking doesn't work so obviously nothing to track. I emailed them and they advise since my order on the 10th March, that they had dispatched on the 25th but still nothing a whole month later and now when I email there is radio silence so they clearly are not sending me a product or giving a refund which I have requested many times now. Total SCAM!!!!!!

Again like others I would give this company 0. How are companies like this able to trade on line. My daughter just spent €100 on a piece of crap that you could buy for €20. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE. What she ordered was beautiful lemon mini dress with a bow, what arrived was a strapless mini in a washed out cream. Have contacted customer service but after reading here it was a waste of ink

The dress looked completely different to the one on the website, it was poorly made (coming apart at the seams), and the company have since ignored my requests for a refund (currently at the 2-month mark). Do not buy from them.

This is a scam, do NOT order from them!!!
I ordered a lovely blue dress from them that costs €145, when it arrived it was a completely different dress just the same colour and it was terrible quality, they gave me a SHEIN dress! I emailed them that i wanted to return the dress because it is a different one and they have not responded to me since!

Still waiting for my product I ordered on the 5th of March. It is now the 10th of April not one single word from these people after many emails rubbish company do not buy from me. I’m just going to get a refund and never use this company again.
