The platform worked great for me. I was presented with multiple offers in minutes and chose the one that most met my needs.

I just wanted a quote to see where I landed in terms of terms, but instead Fiona sends your info out to at least 20 lenders and they call, text, and email you immediately. Then I called Fiona to see if I could stop the tirade of lenders, but all they said is that they sent my information off so they can't do anything now and they don't even have access to my info any more. All they said I can do is contact each lender individually to tell them to stop. This feels very deceptive and it makes me very mad. Like oh sorry, you gave us your info we sent it along so now it's no longer our problem tehe. Must be a nice business to be in where you just get money for generating leads but you have no responsibility for what happens after that.

Additionally, if you do end up using this service they may actually take money from your loan. Here's from the disclosures link they hide at the bottom: "The lenders and lending partners we work with may charge an origination fee for facilitating the loan to you. For example, on a $10,000 loan with a 5% origination fee, you will incur a $500 origination fee and receive $9,500 upon successful issuance of your loan."

Wasn't sure about Fiona at first. I was searching/reading article's on how to manage debt. A Fiona link was within the article. It basically guaranteed suggested offers from various lenders, one I answered a few questions. Of the lenders it showed monthly cost depending the amount borrowing, percentage rate, term of loan. Needless to say, I applied with PenFed Credit Union and .y loan was approved 2 minutes later. With this being said, I highly recommend Fiona.

The customer service was excellent, they helped navigate through the process and every second was accounted for. Smooth process, no lengthy paperwork and very easy.

Through medical hardship before and during that last year I had to use credit cards to survive. Nobody took a chance with me to get out of debt after everything settled down.
I paid my bills at time and even paid more if I had to, but the Banks denied help and treated me as second class citizen, but but with soothing voice and a smile naturally.

Seamless!!! The process was easy and the interface was very user friendly. Once approved, they give you options as to what lenders are offering what kind of rates so you can shop around before choosing.

I filled out a simple form to "check my rate" on this site. Now, I am completely inundated with emails and phone calls from dozens of companies trying to sell me loans that I'm not interested in. Many of these partners provide absolutely no way to "opt out" or to make the emails and calls stop. What a headache!

Fiona's website does not provide any way to opt out of this, or prevent your information from being blasted to dozens of other companies beforehand. Terrible experience and terrible company for doing this.

Buried in their privacy policy is a CYA clause that says they will provide all of your inputted information to their "partners" for marketing and transactional purposes. They have a separate clause saying they are "not in the business of selling" information to other parties which is obviously wrong and contradictory.

Fast,Easy and Secure not to mention fast. The process was seamless and easy and I got a response in 1 hr yeayyyy.
