Ich bin vor Kurzem auf Fintown gestoßen und bin positiv überrascht. Der Fokus auf Immobilieninvestments wirkt gut durchdacht, und die Plattform ist übersichtlich sowie einfach zu bedienen. Die angebotenen Projekte machen einen soliden Eindruck, und die Renditechancen sind sehr attraktiv. Registrierung und Einzahlung liefen absolut reibungslos. Aus meiner Sicht eine spannende Möglichkeit, um das Portfolio zu diversifizieren – ich plane auf jeden Fall, meine Investitionen dort weiter auszubauen.

As far as trusting,I believe the guy who recommended them. Will see how it goes. The experience with the registration etc was a bit trouble some. The website is very slow iresponsive. When giving my details, date of birth was always wrong. Until I passed KYC, than they added it from my documents. Why asking for it than? I received my bonus right away,as I invested so that's plus and made a good impression.

Everything works as expected
Everything works as expected. So far I have no disappointments. Registration, verification and deposit went smooth. I had 2 deposits so far, and they both arrived in 1 working day. I guess with the increase of investors it could become more, but so far it is quite speedy. I invested in 2 properties. They claim that they invest at least 20% in each project, but it seems to be more (based on the 2 projects where I invested). Interest rates are good.

Has potential but we will see
Absolutely horrendous onboarding experience. Sloppy programming, instructions that dont make sense (“dont forget to copy number on the right when sending payment” - there is nothing on the right on iPhone in Safari”), asking you to send an initial payment when initial payment was already deposited, instant Europayments are not available, test withdrawal takes several days and I have not received it so far, when using local language version half of the text is in English and half is in the local language. The website is very slow. I wish they used a professional programmer to design the platform, it took me half a year to eventually start investing, each obstacle just wants you to give up. Hopefully the investment itself will go well a I will be able eventually withdraw my money.
UPDATE: Thanks for the reply, that is how problems should be dealt with, not sweeping them under the rug. Looking forward to the investing experience and potential improvements.

We are a platform that never gives up in the face of challenges. In the past three years of serving our customers, there hasn’t been a single case where we left an investor unsupported. Every one of our 700+ Telegram community members can attest to that. Paying what we owe - on time and in full - remains our highest priority.
Of course, acknowledging the problem doesn’t fix it - and you are absolutely right again.
But we are fully aware of our weaknesses and are currently working on a major update focused on improving user experience. We’d be happy to notify you once it’s ready and would truly value your opinion on the changes.
