Crooks
FinTap is as corrupt a loan shark in America. I took out a small business loan with this company. I missed the first payment for a medical reason and they filed a lien on my business. To top it off the loan was 45K with payback at $62K. Now it’s $92K! I don’t know how that can even be legal but they don’t even attempt to find out why I missed the very first payment of the loan and they instantly filed. My advice to everyone is stay far away from this corrupt organization!
