The support team responds to every inquiry with remarkable speed and attentiveness. It feels as though there are hundreds of people working behind the scenes, all committed to resolving customer issues of any complexity as quickly as possible. I always receive an immediate acknowledgment by email, which reassures me that my request has been seen. Sometimes I barely have time to finish a cup of coffee before the successful resolution is already in my inbox.

Habe sowohl ein Eigenkonto als auch ein Geschäftskonto eröffnet. War nicht nur sehr schnell, sondern auch kompetent. Das Team arbeitet unglaublich schnell, was man heutzutage ja als Kunde gar nicht mehr bekommt. Produkt ist gut, hab mir eine Karte bestellt, wurde auch prompt geliefert. Mal sehen, wie es langfristig so läuft, bin aber soweit zufrieden.

The overall experience is unbeatable - competitive rates, experienced support, quick onboarding - all this makes Altpay 10/10.
The only thing was once you got a card, you need to transfer funds to the card's wallet in order to make payment. First time I was kinda stuck, tried to pay at the store and got an error "insufficient funds".
Contacted support, and they provided me with the quick fix - and all worked!

Avoid !
Avoid, avoid ! AltPay = financial institution that is afraid of financial transactions from previously verified customers. Each transfer of £100 or less, to my personal account triggers a review for at least 3 days and a long list of questions about the sender and purpose of the transfer. Lies follow lies in contacts with customers, what you find on their website is not reflected in their actual activities. After the fourth suspended incoming transfer, I feel like I'm back in 1989. I don't have time to wait for another few days to check.

I joined the bank with good experiences from the start. Then as soon as a larger sum was transferred they asked imposing questions concerning my longstanding friend including a need for him on a busy day to send a picture of himself and his identity with hand written information why he sent me the money.
Following this having cleared the funds into my account it was again blocked by a completely irrelevant second set of questions which had been answered directly by the source of the money!
When I decided to close the account they were initially helpful and attentive to process my refund. However it has yet to be made and we are now 6 working days into the process with no further information. Worst of all my last message to the previously helpful AltPay team has gone unanswered.
The company should adjust their system to let people know when funds will be returned so they don't create false expectations that the money will arrive on time. There should also be a shorter processing time for refunds and better customer service.
Upon further internet investigation I find much more disturbing information.

Mauvaise banque a fuir totalement j'effectue un virement de 1180 euro depuis un autre compte bancaire en mon propre nom et eux me demande des choses qui ne les concernent pas à fuir service très lent et frauduleuse.

C'est un site arnaque.
