Any good company must have phone number. They do not have even a single phone number where anyone can contact them over phone.Support is pathetic.they do not reply even after so many emails .Not trustworthy company.

its need to show the option of chat or ph no to slove problem i find there very few problem but i take a long to find ph an chat option fining

I wanted to cancel my subscription and wanted my refund. They canceled my subscription and said my refund would be credited in 3-4 working days. I hope I will get it. I liked the service and the products are really helpful. currently, I don't need it, but in future, I will definitely opt for finology one when I feel like investing and learning about finance.

I think any products base upon marketing base but this products not any kind of gamling. This reality. Reality is not afford mind now days marketing world . So u must any stock suggest thrilling and josh conditions people must be like it. I say simple pick stock and mutual fund take time for growth. U must u have enough money that time. So kindly say great plantform for long term

Outdated stocks, useless. Never buy finilogy subscription. Once you buy it, they will auto charge again without your consent. Their customer care will say it is mentioned in website. I could not find it. May be be they have written somewhere, where it is hard to see terms and conditions.

Pls, don't subscribe to finology one. It's simply useless. Even it's not useful for beginners as well. Everything in the Finology One is available for free online, So avoid any subscriptions, I wasted my time/money on it!

Bad experience with the support team as well. I had written so many emails with my query they are not replying to it.

Please never subscribe to Finology One, its simply useless. Most of the Stock recommendations are out-dated, which includes ones from two years back, some loss making some at levels in multiples of their recommened buy price, dont know why such stocks are there in the list. Everything in the Finology One is available for free online, So avoid any subscriptions, I wasted my money on it!

A big No for any services from Finology, They know only selling the product.
Their support team is not effective and you have to wait for one reply for weeks and months until you can loose the opportunity in market. And market is all about time and best price.

My personal view not to Waste your precious time to make relations by taking their services until they nurture their service.

I feel team Finology is very hard working and committed towards his customer as well as their offers for investment. Also would like to add their response time for queries is excellent.
