This company was highly recommended by a friend and it stood up to its name and reviews 110%.
They showed impecable professionalism and care, like I've rarley seen in any service. The guys went beyond their job and offered to help pack and transport additional stuff (furniture, clothes and so forth). This was done by Fabio's team.
Their service was worth the cost and I will definitely use Finest Van again in the future and recommend them to anyone else!

Faultless removals!
Finest Van were fast, efficient, and faultlessly friendly and professional. The team on the day - Nuno, Flavio and Orie were very helpful and knew exactly what they were doing. They got everything done in great time and everything was packed and transported with care.
Ana, who took our booking, was also a joy to work with and made sure we had everything we needed before the process started.

Minor damage + very unprofessional comms
I arrived at the new property a bit later than the movers to find them SHOVING my sofa through the door, fully wedged in there. Minor damage done to sofa & walls. I wrote in about it calmly and the managing director Marcos (who was not present at the move) writes multiple emails telling me “I didn’t see what I think I saw”. Called me repeatedly every 3 min when I said I was going to write a review.
He did apologize for his language choice when I complained about this communication and they offered £50 “goodwill gesture” which I turned down to make clear this wasn’t about the money.
But I hope they learn to listen to their customers, ask for more info when there’s a problem, and treat them with more respect than to try and lie and gaslight them when something goes wrong. I would not recommend booking with them.
They should also obviously not have been removing doors and pushing sofas as recklessly as they were before I was present. If you hire: don’t let them in the property without you even if it means an additional charge.

From start to finish, this was genuinely one of the best service experiences I’ve ever had. The customer service team was incredibly helpful and flexible, especially when we had an unexpected issue. They solved everything with ease and kindness. On the day of the move, Rafael handled all our belongings with such care and professionalism. You can really feel the fantastic company culture: super friendly, hardworking, respectful and proud of what they do. It’s one of those rare companies that you truly enjoy getting to know. Reliable, friendly, and super efficient movers
I had a great experience with Finest van! They arrived on time and handled all my belongings with great care. The team was friendly and pleasant to chat with throughout the move. My new flat is on the 3rd floor with no lift, yet they never slowed down or complained once!
I’ll definitely use their service again if I ever need to move in the future.
