They were very careful to not go too close to the edges of the trophy so everything ended up pretty small. Basically, they did the safest and cheapest job they could do and I didn’t appreciate it. It doesn’t look good.

For the benefit of future customers considering the award, the piece has a very narrow imprint area due to its shape and beveled edges. The approved proof for this order had a significant amount of content, including a logo, organization name, award title, recipient name, citation, year, and graphic elements, all scaled to fit safely within the optimal imprint area.
When working with crystal awards, our art team balances size, readability, and spacing to ensure text and graphics remain legible and do not run into the beveled edges, where distortion can occur.
