We do our best for folks to see it before purchase! Both with a full screen pop up and a widget in the lower left that follows you through your user journey reminding you! Okay, good news though. You can totally use that coupon code on your next purchase. I don't want you to miss out on it!

I am so sorry about this! Try dropping them in water/juice for them to dissolve across 15 minutes. That often does the trick! Keep us posted as we have a great return policy if you want to exchange it for something. We have other good options to replace it with. As the owner, I want to find you a solution that works! -Tim
