Lyon Airport Transfer Ski resort
I booked a tranfer from Lyon airport (france) to a ski resort with Mo Mountains (vtc.rabhiil.)He confirmed that he would be collecting us at the airport. Despite their being other cheaper options he was insistent on providing the service. I communicated with him 24 hours before the flight, and he assured me that he would be waiting for us upon our arrival.
However, upon reaching the airport with two children, luggage, and a disabled child, Mo Mountains was nowhere to be found. Despite repeated attempts to contact him via calls and messages, he chose not to respond, despite reading the messages.
This situation left us stranded at the airport, facing significant inconvenience and distress, especially considering the presence of a disabled child. The lack of communication or explanation from Mo Mountains is unacceptable and has caused us significant distress strugglign to find a taxi on an Easter sunday.

On 11 March, you accepted an offer that you received via our system from Mo Mountains for your ski transfers which resulted in a confirmed booking. You subsequently continued to request prices for the same transfers via our system from your Reclaim Party email address and also from a gmail address. On 25 March, you made a new booking for the exact same transfers with a different company for 50 euros less than you had agreed with Mo Mountains. At this point, you cancelled your booking with Mo Mountains. However, it transpired that the new booking was made with an associate of Mo Mountains and that both companies were very upset that you had continued to shop around despite having a confirmed booking. On 26 March, 5 days before you travelled, you were informed by both companies that both of your bookings were cancelled. Your bookings were therefore cancelled in our system and this was communicated to you. You had very many other offers from which to choose an alternative.
To summarise, you are complaining that a transfer booking that you cancelled, and was cancelled in our system, did not show up at the airport. We will always take responsibility and apologise if we are at fault, but in this case our system or support has not failed. Your complaint is against Mo Mountains and relates to messages you exchanged directly with them outside of our system. We believe that a 1* review of our service is completely unjustified.

Pleasure using FindTransfers.com and Taxi Fab Benci
We had the pleasure of using Taxi Fab Benci for a recent ski transfer and have to say the combination of using FindTransfer.com and especially my choice of Taxi Fab Benci was a great choice. The transfer could not have been better with professional approach and drive to boot. The Taxi firm were friendly, professional and did everything possible to help make our trip a very good one. They did everything in their power to make the transfer quick easy and especially on time!!
FindTransfers did all the hard work to get quotes in for me to make my choice - such a great idea and take all the drudgery out of getting this yourself, including reviews! Then simply make a choice that suits you……..easy!!!!

I had a transfer booked for the last 5…
I had a transfer booked for the last 5 mths to valdesiere. Last night the company cancelled my transfer without reason and have still got my 600 euros paid upfront. I have had no contact as to my refund and they did not even sort another transfer. Please be wary of the carrier amber voyage. Following 5 days of emails I now have my refund. I cannot fault my transfers as it was the carriers issue. I would however of expected some sort of help with arranging a replacement transfer and possibly a discount for the distress caused. Matt though from my transfers was very helpful. I wound definitely use this company again but would not pay in advance.

Very easy to use. Simpler way of getting several quotes including from smaller, local companies. Excellent communication and service both booking and by the taxi company both ways. Overall, worked really well for us, would definitely recommend and use again.

Have to say we were surprised at how effective the service was.
The company we used via FindTranser was really good. Met at the Airport by a very friendly driver. Clean vehicle and lovely smooth journey to Fiss. Return trip was the same.
Really nice Mercedes Minivan.

The communication was fantastic with quick responses, flexibility for amendments. Equally I got pictures of the van and driver the day before and an introduction by each driver so I had a contact number too.
The drivers were courteous and vans clean and modern.

Very impressed with this Taxi service, the driver was punctual on both inward & outward journey. The company kept us informed & sent a reminder regarding pick up times & location. They were the cheapest Taxi Service overall for a return journey to TFS airport. I have no hesitation in recommending this company & have retained their details for a future return.
