Good experience overall, although it took some patience. We messaged quite a few surrogates and only 1 out of 3 replied, so don't expect everyone to get back to you. It took us about 4 months to find our match. The site is easy to use, and we really liked that the profiles are verified. That's not something you always see on platforms like this.
Ran into a weird issue where my search filters were messed up and no surrogates were showing. I contacted support because I couldn't figure out what was wrong.
