Do not trust this service! TOTAL SCAM. I signed up for the free test and cancelled within 2 months. One year later they started charging me again!

I had signed up initially on a month-to-month plan to test out the service but was immediately charged the entire annual fee. I immediately cancelled my service and requested a refund. Its rare for me to seek out a way to rate businesses; as a business owner myself I tend to empathize and always find a way to resolve my issue. With this group however, I have called and emailed them 7 times (and trust that no one is picking up your call as it goes directly to a voice mail) and would get the same email where it states, "I am going to send this info over to management in regards to your refund." Not sure if I will ever get my money back but I would hate for another person to experience such a blatant lack of communication, customer service and fundamental business ethics.

They stole my money for a yearlong subscription that they auto renewed without consulting me, and after I reached out to tell them that I do not want to move forward, they never refunded the money. I’ve never been able to speak to someone, it’s always been leaving voicemails and they email back every 5th email to say that they’re still working on my case. Luckily my credit card company was able to dispute the charge, but these people are crooks.

I would like to change my review. I contacted the customer support and they worked with me to resolve the issue. I am beginning to see notifications in my mailbox.

Very poor customer support. Never been able to reach by phone. They do not notify RFPs regularly; I was able to Google search and find them.

Many of the lead links in this service lead to blank pages. ALL Federal lead links bring up blank pages as well. In essence, you're paying full price for a service that works half the time. There are other services that do a better job of connecting you with project leads.

The website did not work; federal contracts came up blank.

I was charged for the free trial after trying for many days to call.

I finally get through to a “customer Service” rep who gladly tells me “fk you” at the end of the call, with no refund. I call back to ask for a manager; the smarmy man on the end of the phone smugly responds “no” repeatedly, and wouldn’t give me info on any higher ups.

Outrageous. I will be complaining to a consumer affairs body.

I've been using this product for years. It's a bargain ! The State and Local, Canada, and US Fed is excellent. As in the previous recommendation, the "help desk" is not always timely, but they've always tracked down my "issues" (usually a broken link) within 24 hours. I've used the product with 3 separate companies, and there are always inquiries as to how I find my leads. LOL ! Highly Recommend !!!

Absolutely the worst customer service. Blase attitude with 0 concern for the customer. Do yourself a favor and do NOT get involved with this company. Plenty of other services like this, do some research into other companies. You'll be thankful you did.
