The reason I rated y’all what I did is because when you tell someone that they are approved for a house and y’all said I got the house I’m a section 8 tenant y’all submitted my form then y’all cancel my form with the housing authority and then y’all gave the house to someone it’s not fair and it’s wrong for y’all to do someone like that

Positive experience
Everyone we talked to was super nice and helpful. The only problem is that there are too many people talking to you. If they had a question regarding our application, we would answer it, then another person would ask the same question. At the same time, if we asked a question, more than one person would answer and once we even got 2 different conflicting answers. That was confusing.

I got a lot of errors on the website…
I got a lot of errors on the website while trying to apply as a co-signer/coapplicant. They made the process take much longer than it should have. I have a rating of 4 stars because of how helpful the customer service agent was, otherwise it would have been lower.
