this place not only made me not get the apartment but also made we wait on my refund after i gave them the evidence that they needed to see their system malfunctioned my advice if u cant do it in person dont do it especially with these losers here

We have been trying to log back into our account and keep getting error codes. We were sent an approval letter at 10 am and by 4 pm nothing had been fixed. I've been emailing "customer support" and have someone just sending me different links that give the same error codes. There's no number to call feeling like this might be a scam.
Findigs Wants Access to My Pictures...Scary.
After spending an hour filling out the Findigs online application, I got to the ID verification section. In order to do this, the app wanted access to all my pictures. Not gonna happen. Unfortunately, it wouldn't let me proceed without giving the app access to my pictures. Hopefully the landlord will find an alternative application method. If the landlord can't understand my concerns and find a way around this, why would I want to rent from them?
This company is just terrible
This company is just terrible. They were late for the home showing, they actually had the wrong date to be more precise. They already had someone lined up for the property but still wanted the application money. They are also all about marketing and selling their services and none of them are on board with their communication. We had to mention we didn't have pets to like five different people, as if the application in itself didn't state it. They also refused to mention the issues with the nearby landfill lawsuit and hazardous area conditions. Run from this company!

This was a very easy process to fill out application and get it submitted.
Horrible and Inefficient Experience
This is another situation where I wish I could enter 0 stars. The application consistently does not work as it should, consistently does not connect co-applicants properly and has to be fixed by the IT staff, and is highly inefficient. Beyond that, the listing that I was applying for showed that pets are allowed (still does), but I was told that the owners were suddenly not accepting pets. I attempted to negotiate offering to have carpets cleaned and contribute 50% to upgrade their appliances (they're quite old), and be open to speaking with the owners directly to hear their concerns and try to work them out. No interest. Now let's see if I'm going to get a refund for my 4 applications at $65 each for a property that I would not have applied for had I known they don't allow pets.

I would give this site a 0 star rating if I could. Although my application was approved, the process was incredibly intrusive, burdensome, required too much time, and even wanted access to your bank account unless you were willing, and had the necessary computer skills to go onto multiple sites to gather the documentation to prove information without that access. Thankfully, I have the ability to do just that instead of blindly letting them have access to my banking information. This is just insane! You answer the same questions multiple ways and even after the questions, sometimes, have to be directed to additional sites to create profiles to be able to answer the same questions on those sites. All a rental company needs is several weeks worth of pay check stubs, agreement to run credit and criminal background checks, and basic personal information. I literally joined the army, acquired personal protection permit, gained TSA clearance while working for freight company that operated out of airports, etc. with less documentation required.

This was the worst experience ever I filled out 4 applications they all was through findig and all denied even add cosigner applied and still deny. I spent over 500 in app fee this is a scam u will never be approved even if you have good credit and good income …

I think this is a new way for scamming people out of there money. I applied and immediately I got denied once they received my money.
Communicative, Efficient and Accommodating
Honestly really nice compared to other our application experience, we had more opportunities to explain certain aspects of our application that we didnt get in other application processes. They reviewed our pet info first and foremost which made it really smooth for our property management company to approve them, it was nice to know they were already approved and not having to wait on a separate screening. They were also very accommodating they were willing to wait and extra day for our pet information to come in, way more human than our other experience!
Needs some tweaks, but fast/easy experience
I'm not sure if it's the actual software that gave me sticking points here or just the lack of communication between myself and the rental management company, but this seemed like a really choppy experience. I'd recommend providing all agents with a clear set of onboarding instructions/notes for user. The UI could be improved for easier ability to see everything you need in one space. That being said, it was great to keep everything in one place without having to call anyone or meet anyone in person. I got clear and direct communication when I received messaging from the agency. Could use some basic improvements, but was relatively easy and got the job done without much difficulty.
