Been using Spreadex Trading for a number of years and very happy with the service and find it easy to navigate the website. Orders, stops and limits easy to set up. Like the graphs too. Would recommend Spreadex to others.

Excellent Spread Betting Service
I am impressed with the service provided, particularly futures across a wide range of markets. Reliable auto-rolling of contracts is extremely useful. Sports betting available too

Great for long term
I have been using Spreadex for 20 years as a tax free way to gain more exposure to investments in companies I like. I hold long term and am not a short term trader.

Not just an online trading platform great personal service.
All works well, charts, online trading, with very good trading desks so that you can do larger trades inside the quote on the screen by working your order in the market, staff always very friendly and helpful.

Best for micro and small caps and service
Always works and always has the companies I want to trade which are mainly small caps. Customer service is fast and second to none! I went with other companies before but Spreadex is by far the best for service which is important to me. A happy customer !

overall its a user friendly platform but there are scopes for improvement in terms of charts for the stocks and news feed.

Have been using spreadex for many years, both sports and financial. I’ve always found it straightforward and easy to use. When I have needed to speak to someone they’ve always been helpful and able to resolve my issue.

Dissatisfied with Spreadex's Customer Service
I recently applied for an account with Spreadex but my application was rejected. When I contacted them through chat they told me they couldn't tell me why I was rejected and that I would have to wait 6 months to reapply. I found this extremely frustrating and was disappointed with the lack of customer service. I understand that they need to adhere to certain regulations, but I feel like there could have been more clarity and communication about the rejection.
I wouldn't recommend Spreadex currently. The lack of customer service and communication was disappointing. 2/5 stars.
