Good platform but using email and telephone is more beneficial.
After communicating with the company they have resolved my reservations about using Spreadex as a platform and been very helpful in bringing about faster and more efficient access to market securities for trading. As long as the service provided over the last fortnight continues then I would recommend Spreadex but definitely reach out directly with staff as they work to resolve issues where possible. Being able to place trades from the app needs improving as you still mostly can’t for small cap stocks.

Hi Mr Meason,
Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We’re sorry to hear about your experience, especially after returning to us.
I believe you may be referring to UK small-cap stocks — an area where we aim to offer one of the most extensive selections in the industry. That said, we fully appreciate how frustrating it can be when a stock you want to trade isn’t immediately available.
Every client has a dedicated account manager, and they may be able to help make specific stocks available or find alternative ways to place your trades more smoothly. If you get in touch with yours, they’ll be happy to assist.

Good trading platform both for beginners and experienced traders
Good trading platform both for beginners and experienced traders.Easy to navigate around the site.Funding and withdrawing money no issues.I do not recommend spread betting as its high risk but if you must spread bet then this is a decent site.I have knocked a star off because they asked for a full bank statement showing all my personal transactions but I complained about this and they have accepted a statement summary.

Avoid Spreadex at all costs
Avoid Spreadex at all costs. My account was wrongly restricted without notice after fraud attempts, leaving me unable to close trades and losing over £90,000. Their communication was misleading, inconsistent, and dismissive — treating me like the fraudster instead of the victim. Complaint handling was appalling, with delays, contradictions, and denials. Absolutely no trust in this company

There are good and bad things about…
There are good and bad things about Spreadex. Half the staff were very helpful and the others not . I was asked to leave the site due to their belief if was vulnerable. I’d just joined. They certainly do not know me to say that, but I has asked for help and simply could not clearly understand a person , as he was from another country. I told him I didn’t know what I was doing and at one time asked to speak to someone else.
After I was reviewed I waited to hear via phone and got 3 messages. One was I could start trading again and the other was they would return my account money to my bank which hasn’t arrived as yet. Do they know what they are doing, well no I think not.

Hi Mo,
Thank you for your feedback. We’re sorry to hear that you disliked our indices spreads.
For intraday trading, it might be worth considering trading daily indices where our spreads are amongst the most competitive in the industry.
My understanding is that you’ve been working with your dedicated account manager and that you’re now much happier.
It would be great if you could update your review in due course.
