Submitted all paperwork in Oct. of 2023. I have tried to call and email multiple times since then. It's now April of 2024 and I still cannot get a response from anyone. I've also tried calling the number on the site and it doesn't exist.
Financial Match helped me and my company get the $900k+ we needed! My marketing agency lost clients but kept employees. My dad taught me to be fair to people and I actually didn’t take a salary for more than a year just so I could keep people getting their healthcare. 2020 and 2021 was so hard for me, my family, my business and all 16 of my employees. I run an HVAC company and we grew very quickly the few years before the pandemic. Then, when the ERC program was passed, I was really grateful, but the application was impossible. I filled it out, or tried to, about three different times, but it never got completed. I had no clue what was going wrong. Then I called Financial Match and worked with two specialists, Matt and Scott, and they helped me complete my application pretty quickly, they maximized my ERC amount, they took the time to understand the HVAC world and got me every last dollar I needed. Now, I’ve recovered financially, and it’s because of these guys.
My accounting firm nearly fell apart. So many clients dropped us, terrified they needed to save money. I chose not to let any of my employees go, but keeping clients and getting new ones took up all my time (still does).
