Avoid at all cost, harassment is all they know
I strongly advise against working with Finance Solution. My experience with this company has been nothing short of a nightmare. Despite being a loyal customer with no previous issues, I faced severe harassment over a missed payment on a second loan of $500.
Within 48 hours of the missed payment, I was bombarded with accusatory emails alleging fraud. The situation escalated quickly as they began calling my references, accusing me of hiding. When I reached out to request their lenders or creditors license, which is necessary for filing a complaint with the provincial CPO, they outright refused.
Their behavior has been completely unprofessional and in violation of multiple creditor/lender laws in our province. They have made harassing phone calls late at night and on Sundays, and even threatened to involve the local police to repossess my property, despite having no collateral to claim. They have also threatened to charge me with fraud.
The stress and inconvenience caused by Finance Solutions are not worth it. They charge excessive fees for every transaction but offer abysmal customer service. Save yourself the trouble and avoid this company at all costs.

Ce sont des OPPORTUNISTES, des HARCELEURS. Si vous avez le malheur de vous retrouvez dans une mauvaise situation au lieu de prendre des ententes avec vous pour être en mesure de payer; ils vous sermonnent; vous menacent en vous disant qu'ils appeleront vos références et sur votre lieu de travail. Or, que c'est contre la loi d'agir de la sorte.
Ce sont des vautours.
Ni plus, ni moins.
Ne faites JAMAIS affaire avec Finance Solution. Je répète JAMAIS avec un " J " majuscule.

Nous sommes toujours heureux d'avoir l'opportunité, comme vous de nous expliquer devant grand public. Par ou commencer...une prêt de 250.00$, 19 tentatives de re paiements, alors si ca ce n'est pas d'offrir d'entente de paiement je ne vois pas ce que nous aurions pu faire de plus. C'est beaucoup de chance de vous reprendre! Au total, c'est 9 mois d'attente Mr Honorat-Bossé pour 250. 00$.
Vous nous dites opportuniste et Harcelant? Je nous trouve plutôt patient et persévérant. Comme quoi il y a toujours deux côtés à une médaille.

I was approved for 500$ got an email and a text sent to me, had to sign the paper work and everything and then minutes later received a text saying i was denied for 1250$ when i never requested that… days later i have sent multiple emails in and called to see what’s going on with my 500$ and no reply’s back at all !
You can’t even speak to a person on the phone when you call in.
Oh now they sent me an email after seeing this Review and are threatening me LMAO saying i lied about my employment yet i sent in all my pay stubs and even own my own business ….
Avoid this business at all cause
