Terrible customer service and we are trying to give them money!
Update May 31: May 28 we were contacted by Financit asking why we have not made our monthly payment! We told them we are trying to pay off the entire loan. She admitted there were notes in the file she had not read and she would get back to us. No one has called us back and the money has still not left our account. This is unbelievably pathetic, who is in charge? That is who I want to talk to, not some incompetent in Customer Service because that is all we have experienced.
May14: Trying to pay off a loan and was passed off from one person to another. Spent 4 hours trying to pay them money and they were unable to accept the transaction. Called back again the next day, left a message no one responded, called the third day and found they had no record of any previous conversation or transfer information. Extremely unprofessional and frustrating experience. We still have not been able to pay off the loan. They required a postal code for verification! Who requires information from the public domain as verification?

Non invasive process
The ability to send the customer a link to apply on their own, and avoid sharing too much personal info with us is my favorite part. It is also just an all around easy process start to finish!
