Fillyboo can be very frustrating!
I bought this dress, Vienna Camisole, and it never arrived at my place. I am SO frustrated with Fillyboo. They just say they are looking for the Delivery Service receipt, but never solve my problem. To worsen the situation, this is the second time I have this problem with Fillyboo. It is a total shame! The first time, I was offered a voucher with a superior value than I had spent. It seems good but I just asked for a refund and they ghosted me. I was obliged to spend the voucher and a bit more, of course. And then, they did it again. One of my two purchases hasn't arrived after 3 months waiting.
This is a tough one to write
This is a tough one to write, because I have ordered from Fillyboo in the past and gotten great service and products. However recently it has not been the same. I also ordered in November and didn’t receive any product as late as March. To get any updates, I had to be the one to email. I think the company should be proactive in letting customers know the orders are delayed. I was offered a generous amount of store credit and was happy with that as an option until I placed an order with store credit for an in stock item. Unfortunately, that item that was supposed to be in stock still has not shipped over two weeks later. I can’t recommend ordering from here until shipping times and customer communication is improved. I’m hoping at this point I’ll be able to just receive a refund because I don’t think I’ll be getting any product.

This is a scam ! I ordered in Nov 2024 and haven’t received my order. Over $700 gone to waste. No contact from the company asked for a cancellation and refund. No response. Now when you email you get a failed to send as the email address they list isn’t valid.

If I could give zero stars, I would. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!!! My 17 year old daughter ordered a dress September 1st for an event in mid-October. The event came and went and no dress. I finally get in contact with the owner, Pippa, in January and she tells me that since it’s taken so long, she can cancel the order and refund me. Never got the refund. Emailed again and she said she would make sure it was arranged that night. Still no refund. Then on 2/9 I get an email from her that her husband “accidentally” shipped the dress but she would still send a refund and then she would also send a prepaid label so I could return it. The dress arrived a full 6 months after my daughter ordered it, so I emailed Pippa to let her know but I never got a response from her. Then she handed me off to a customer service person who said I could return the dress but for less than we paid plus we would have to pay for return shipping. I emailed back to say how wrong this is and asked for a return label but they have been ghosting me. I’m afraid I won’t get any money back if I return the dress so I don’t even know what to do with this ridiculously expensive dress at this point. This is an absolute disgrace of a company.

I ordered a top from their website and not only was the sizing wrong and the fabric quality absolutely awful, but they sent me a totally different color item from what was pictured. When I requested a return for a full refund, they told me they'd only offer me back 40% in store credit. I am planning to take this up with my bank's fraud department.
Edit: your response is simply incorrect as a quick Reddit search reveals tons of people saying your company is scam. You refuse to give my money back because you know what you sent me is crappy, and tons of people have complained about this too and others. You literally took pictures of a different shirt for your website. But please, go on with your scam canned customer service responses! Xx

A beautiful scam
Absolutely stay away from this scummy company. My husband ordered a dress that took a couple months to arrive. It was ill fitting, so I returned the dress for store credit. The store credit wasn’t awarded to me until a week or so after my return arrived to Fillyboo. I ordered 2 dresses with said credit and didn’t expect much from this company since their customer service is practically non-existent. Fast forward 2 months later, my package arrived and, guess what? I’m missing a dress! Haha, lovely. So I emailed them yet AGAIN and Fillyboo wants to play dumb and claim that my dresses have arrived, when in fact only ONE dress can fit in this sliver of a package. Oh, and they shipped my expensive item through Speedx, which is as horrible of a company as Fillyboo. DO NOT ATTEMPT TO BUY FROM HERE unless you want to lose a lot of money and time :) I can’t even do a chargeback because Fillyboo is incredibly good at playing people!
Update: Never got an email back, never got an apology, never got my missing dress. Last email received was this:
I have tracked the shipping of both of the items in your order and can see that both are now delivered? I hope it's all ok and I apologize again for the lateness of the shipment.

So you respond to me here, but not through EMAIL? Are you kidding me? Of course the deadline to respond to your request for additional information has passed. WHAT information do you absolutely need that isn’t included in this review/email that I’ve sent months ago? Again people, DO NOT consider buying from FILLYBOO.
Update #3:
Emailed them April about my order. They have admitted that my order was “incorrectly fulfilled.” Told me they’d hope to receive the dress within 2 weeks and that they would send me an update. It’s been 2 months. Still no dress. AGAIN, DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE PEOPLE.

Poor quality and poor customer service
For the prices they're items are disappointing. Sizes run very small but I guess that's manufacturing in Indonesia can be that way.
Also there shipping times aren't advised correctly and can take months for some items like the boots. I purchased some boots that were described very inaccurately as premium quality materials but when they finally arrived 3 month's later were very stiff and very far from premium quality.
Also the laces are unusable completely wrong size for knee length boot 🤦
One of the laces is broken and not sewn properly with broken thread. I tried emailing them about that but never received any response.

Please don't order from them. It's been 4 months and no dress. They don't mention any kind of wait on their website and they don't do anything to compensate for long wait times. I ordered the dress for an event -- didn't get the dress and then didn't have cash on hand to buy a replacement. My belief is that they are in debt and they're buying time with your money.

Too little, too late
Buyers beware-average wait time for an order is between 3-4 months, with emails going back and forwards, with nothing but excuses. I only rated them 1 star because the dress, gift for my daughter, finally arrived today, in extremely poor packaging for such an expensive garment. Email responses from the owner are scripted and when compared to others, the same response is given. I had to start an investigation into the order and company, whereby the bank became involved, which I believe is the only reason the order actually arrived. I am surprised that this company is still operating and warn future prospective buyers to read all information carefully and be willing to take on a fight, as I have had to do. Furthermore, once I found out where the garments are made, I was quite concerned about the pay conditions for these offshore workers and could not understand the prices charged (for example, my dress has an asking price of $895 AUD). I will not be making any future purchases from this company. Once bitten.......

Please don’t order from this company you will not recieve your goods. They are a scam. I ordered and paid $175.00 for a top and it has been 2 months and I still have not received my top. I have sent emails and tried to contact them and I have not received any replies. Please save yourself and money and do your research . Don’t make the same mistake as me. Hopefully my bank can get my money back.

scam store never received order
I ordered a dress mid September which was supposed to be shipped by the end of September. After contacting them several times regarding the status of my order/asking for a refund after 2 months of waiting, they kept saying they couldn’t refund me because the order had already been processed and they kept telling me different delivery date every two weeks. I got a refund from my bank after they stopped responding in December.

Ordered a dress on Nov 11th stating it would be shipped on Nov 15th and have only received excuses since then including a fake tracking number - the dress was $375 when I ordered it but now it’s on the website for $575 which is also a HUGE red flag - such a scam!
UPDATE 14th Jan: I asked for a refund after the tracking number I was sent on the 22nd of Dec still was not working and I have received a notice of refund - proving they were lying about it being on the way. Refund is meant to be in my account in 10 business days so I will update if/when it’s received

Ordered a dress in August with a 3 week…
Ordered a dress in August with a 3 week back order date. Didn’t receive until. November. Returned for a refund as they said I could & now I am being ignored. $380 they have kept and the dress. SCAM FAKE DO NOT BUY FROM THIS STORE not to mention the dress, that they charged $380 for was drop shipped from India & was SHEIN quality if that!

Awful experience
I won't ever order from Fillyboo or recommend to anyone I know. The two piece set that arrived was so different from the photos. I explained in detail back to the store and the customer service was greatly unhelpful and I had to email more than 6 times to get a response. I thought I had been scammed as it took weeks and weeks to get a refund. Additionally the sizing was so bad, I ordered a small and extra-small and both were too large by a ridiculous amount and I'm a standard size 8/S.
The worst online shopping experience I've ever encountered.

My Mum ordered a dress in October that…
My Mum ordered a dress in October that was on pre-order for mid November. She’s been told about 3 different delivery estimates over the last few months which seem to be very changing - she ordered this dress for my wedding which is in 2 weeks and is so upset as she’s spent $600 and has waited months with still no tracking number or dress.
Fillyboo emailed my Mum mid Dec saying she’d be sent a tracking email in 2 days - still no tracking details. Poor customer service, empty promises and absolutely terrible to think they could take so much money from people.
Don’t advertise dresses that you can’t fulfil orders for in the dates stated on your website. Really gutted honestly!

Avoid this company at all costs. Here’s my story:
I placed an order for a $700 dress on 22 October that was supposed to be delivered starting 15 November. Since then, it’s been nothing but lies and false promises.
• On 12 November, they claimed the dress was “10 days away from being completed.”
• On 27 November, they said it was “3 days away from arriving at their warehouse and being dispatched.”
• On 5 December, they claimed it would ship “within 7 days” and even promised to send it directly from the factory in India to save time.
• On 17 December, “Pippa, the owner,” emailed me trying to guilt-trip me, saying they’re a family business facing delays and personally packing orders in the UK—completely forgetting their earlier claim that the dress would ship directly from India.
• On 22 December, I received a fake shipping number, and since then, they’ve stopped responding to my emails.
This company is a scam, plain and simple. They take your money, lie about timelines, and provide no accountability. Save yourself the stress and avoid them entirely.
Edit: They send me an email stating that my order was cancelled after blocking $700 of my money for almost three months. Now they’re telling me I’ll get a refund in 10 days, but the damage is done—I’ve missed both Black Friday and Boxing Day discounts because of their incompetence.
I’m heartbroken and furious. Please stay away from this company.
COMPANY WITHOUT COMMITMENT
The first purchase we made at Fillyboo was delivered in 15 days. The others went wrong, they were purchased in August and are still on the way, and my purchases made at the beginning of November have not even been posted. Before making these purchases, I sent several emails to Fillyboo informing them that I would be traveling at the end of the year and would only be interested if the items arrived on time, and everything was confirmed by Elle and Laura that the items would be posted in December and would all arrive before the end of the year. Nothing was simply posted. One of the orders I made in August and, luckily, it arrived using a poor quality postal service, “Sendle.” It took 30 days from shipping to delivery, even though I had already waited 3 months for shipping. The items are expensive and they should use a better delivery service, especially since we are from another country. They also created a label through DHL for an order that never arrived. I am sending emails daily to find out about my orders and I am not receiving any responses.
