I placed an order over a week ago. I have not received my order, a confirmation, or even a response to my MANY emails.

I made my payment for the my order quite some time ago, but I still haven’t received any shipping update. When I check my account, it shows that the payment was completed, but there’s no shipment date provided.
i have sent 3 messages and emails to see what happened to my order no reply so far.
when i go to my account to track my order this is what i find there (No shipping data available)
The payment was made on [2025-09-29].
It’s been quite a while since then, and I would really appreciate an update on the status of my order.iam really disapointed .

The products are amazing and great quality! However, I have issues with two thing. Descriptions and payment. Descriptions of products are not always very clear or how to use it, even benefits of my skin. I usually go back to NK and ask a friend or Google it. Payment is such a hassle that many times I have place items in an order and struggled so much to make a payment that my 7 days have passed and order is gone. I have missed a great sale OR here is a good one, I paid the wrong company. That’s the kind of luck I have. Just take cards or PayPal, CashApp and make my life easy.
