I am sharing my experience with Figurama Collectors regarding a cancelled pre-order and an ongoing refund issue.

I placed a pre-order in September 2023 for a total amount of $1,285. The product was repeatedly delayed over a period of more than 2 years.

Due to these excessive delays, as well as additional shipping and customs costs that were not clearly disclosed at the time of purchase, I requested cancellation in September 2025.

Figurama Collectors accepted the cancellation on October 1, 2025 and confirmed that a refund would be issued within 90 days.

Since then:

A refund date of March 15, 2026 was provided
Then I was told the refund would be processed “within 10 days”
These deadlines have not been respected

As of today, I have still not received any refund.

I have now initiated formal steps, including contacting my bank for a chargeback and filing complaints with consumer protection authorities.

At this stage, I expect Figurama Collectors to honor their commitment and process the refund without further delay.

I would strongly advise potential customers to be cautious regarding delivery timelines and refund reliability.

It's been three years—almost four—since I've been waiting for my Diocube Metal Gear Solid.... Every year, even every month, I write to them to find out where things stand... and every time they give me the exact same excuse about looking for the best option, etc. Except that four years is a long time! Four years of reading that the Diocubes will be available in the next semester. And then still nothing—excuse after excuse! It’s pathetic! Stay away from this scam site.

I originally purchased a preorder for a statue in 2024 but unfortunately had suffered from financial strain and knew that I had to cancel the order after a year in November 2025. I read through their terms and they stated that refunds would be issued in 90 days from date of request. I was happy with the 20% non refundable deposits and thought that being a company that works with big Japanese properties that they would honor their terms.

Closer to the end 90 days I checked closer to the end date to see if everything was going well on this side and was assured with ‘get back to us at the end of the 90 days if your refund has not turned up’. I am a very patient person and so I did.

After the 90 days period I queried the date that I would recieve the refund and was told suddenly’oh no theres been an internal issue and now your refund wont be until 1st July’

At no point in my previous checking was this issue found nor discussed with me, which I would have expected and would have made it more understandable. To suddenly have my refund date extended a further 3 months with no communication is unacceptable.

I have yet to receive my refund and am pretty sure I will not as this company does not honor its promises.

This company does not honor their terms and conditions, does not care for their customers. Avoid.

Item has been stuck on "waiting to ship" for months. Their support takes weeks to reply a single sentence if not just a fully automated response. Absolutely terrible customer service and business practice. I'm going to file for a refund but I doubt they'll respond. Will report them to BBB as well.

I paid for a statue that was ready in their stock, and after 6 months it still hasn't arrived! I understand statues that need to be produced, but this one was ready to ship!
I've written dozens of emails and they never respond!

J'ai commandé un trio de figurines Spy x Family et il a exactement eu un an de retard. Comme je vais changer d'adresse, je demande un remboursement car je ne pourrai le recevoir. Après les 90 jours, toujours pas de remboursement. On me dit qu'ils vont faire le nécessaire et actuellement ça fait 120 jours que j'attends. Même si je risque de recevoir le remboursement d'ici peu, ne faites aucunement confiance à cette entreprise. Arnaque.

J'ai commandé un trio de statue chez eux au bout de trois ans toujours pas reçu,j'ai donc demandé un remboursement il me réponde que je serai remboursée d'ici 90 jours est a ce jour c'était il y a 100 jour toujours pas rembourser.

They require you to pay upfront for the statue to be made. Shipping is not included and when they do charge, it is double what almost any other similar company would charge.
They are years behind on their production and shipping deadlines.
When they finally say the statue has been shipped, it takes an additional 2 months to actually/physically ship it. The shipping is further delayed due to incomplete or incorrect documentation for importing from China.
I can honestly say: While the staff is friendly, this company is not worth your trust or money.
Avoid them like the plague.
