They do an awesome Gluten Free Pizza "flour" (there are youtube vids how to use - Caputo Fioreglut - I am not GF but my family member is - could not tell difference. Bit of revelation after some of the GF pizza stuff I have tried. Also ordered some other bits. Caputo yeast which I have found to be good. Also got some semolina flour and pizza flour plus some Gluten free pasta to try. The delivery comppany is 3rd party but delivery happened after a few minutes when they said it would. Tracking the van location. Drive polite and apologised - hey we are a seaside town and it is summer holidays - it could have been a hour just to get round block...

Ordered some Pizza ingredients, and received the best quality authentic Italian products, at a price that blows the competition out of the water. Excellent Caputo 00 flour,Mutti sauce and Calabria Nduja thats fantastic!
I did have an issue with DPD delivery, but this wasn't Fifo's fault, and their customer service was 2nd to none, quick response to emails and even a phone call on the weekend to ensure problem was sorted.
My new go to supplier for all Italian foods. A+++

I have just received my second delivery of fantastic Italian produce from Fifostore. The customer service and prompt delivery is fantastic. The packaging is always first class which is very welcome when I ordered 12 bags of flour!!

Fabulous customer service. I ordered 00 flour for pizza dough in both regular and gluten free. My coeliac daughter thought the Italian gluten free flour made the best dough she has ever had. My order came incredibly fast. Highly recommend and will definitely reorder.

Last time when I placed the order it was a bank holiday.. shipped immediately with a next day delivery! It’s always well packed and all products are perfectly intact. I really recommend this store. The prices are very competitive and the service is great!

I was searching for a specific brand of high-quality Italian pizza flour and I decided to try this new store. I'm usually cautious with my purchases, but prices were good, the selection is not huge but everything was very high quality and they had a comforting presence of Facebook, so I decided to try.

I ordered enough for the free delivery, 10kg of flour and some jars of jams, hazelnut spread, and pasta.

The order was placed Saturday 23rd and today, Tuesday the 26th, I received the order.

The packaging was one of the best I've ever received. The products in the main box were placed in additional cardboard boxes for extra protection and all the glass jar were individually wrapped. Everything was pristine.

I am really pleased with the experience. Quick delivery, careful packing, and great quality.

Used for the first time after found randomly in my research for some quality Italian groceries ( specifically The Caputo flours ) on the web. Very pleasant surprise, as their products are sold at a reasonable retail prices compared to similar competitors, delivery service is impeccable ( 36 hours from order placed to shipped to my home with tracking ), all packaging in very good condition, and reasonable shelf life ( flour came with 8+ months). I think they should expand their core range of products as soon as possible, and hopefully keep their prices affordable as they currently are. Really positive experience, will definitely shop with FIFO STORE again.

Used FIFO store twice now. Great company, prompt reliable service, goods delivered with no damage and reasonable prices. Range of goods is not huge but suits my needs with great flour and olive oil. Will continue to regularly support fifo if these standards are maintained.

Ordered a selection of items from Fifostore a few days ago and all arrived safely today - very secure and well wrapped. We were looking for Caputo flour for pizza dough and they sell this at sensible prices, much better than elsewhere. To avoid the shipping fee we boosted the order to £50 and purchased some nice oil, pasta, pasata etc. The selection isn't huge but the quality is good. We were a bit worried as there are limited contact details and "about us" information on the website but we needn't have worried. All worked absolutely fine. They may want to adjust their website to reflect this. We will use them again.

Excellent ordering process with a professional looking website. The product selection seems small but I really only wanted to get some Caputo flour and this was the only place I could buy both the Nuvola and Pizzeria flours in 1kg bags (rather than 25kg). Also I think the company/website is new so they are probably ramping up. I’ve been burned in the past ordering Italian groceries but this was a great experience. Delivery was really quick, good emails and all the products were excellent. Really happy making great pizzas!

I have ordered italian flour from this site that I am struggling to find anywhere else in the UK. I stumbled across Fifostore and found their prices honest and fair compared to other websites where the same flour would cost three times more. Like someone else who reviewed the company, I was hesitant as I could not find names or faces on their website, it is a new Company, so I put a small order, just in case I ended up losing money. I was VERY wrong! My parcel arrived few days later, very well packed and traceable with few emails. I got my invoice. I am a very happy customer and next time my order will be much bigger. I recommend Fifostore for good quality products at honest prices.
