I have had planters fasciitis as well…
I have had planters fasciitis as well as problems with pain on the bottom of my feet. I've had the shoes and the inserts for a week. No pain and fasciitis the brand lives up to it's name.

I had the best outcome
I had the best outcome! I was disappointed that my initial 2 pairs were not as great as anticipated. I sent a short email to the company arranged for an exchange. Shortly after making contact I received new ones and they are perfect! Thanks Ortho Shoes for making things right!

Customer service!! I couldn't wear the shoes without having foot pain and the shoes had been wore for 2 days and I had already thrown away the original package. I asked if I could return the shoes and swap for a different type of shoe to try and I was offered a percentage back and was able to keep the shoes and help someone in need of shoes.

Great shoes, love the style, the colors and most of all the comfort. I work 12hr shifts at a hospital and my feet always hurt halfway through. Now I can last all shift with comfort. Thank you Ortho Shoes

Avoid purchasing from OrthoShoes. They do not stand behind their guarantee!
I purchased these shoes after reading the company offers a 45 day money back guarantee. I was afraid they may not fit but the guarantee gave me the confidence to order them. When I tried them on and they didn’t fit, I sent an email to the company asking how to return them. I was told I could be refunded 30% or exchange them. I told them I wanted the full refund per their guarantee. Next, they wanted pictures. After sending the pictures showing they had not been worn and all tags and packaging was there, per their condition for return, they offered me 50% off and said I could keep the shoes. When I told them I still wanted the guaranteed refund, they offered me 75% off and again stressed that I could keep them or donate them to make it easier on both of us. While I wanted to keep fighting for the full refund, I believed I’d never get it and that they would ignore me all together.
I will go back to only ordering from Orthofeet who offer a 60 day hassle free return, even if shoes have been worn outside.

I work in a factory and these are wonderful. I move around a lot and they are so light I hardly feel them at all.

Amazing shoes! I had been struggling with severe heel pain for a while, and my physio recommended orthopedic shoes. After trying several pairs, these immediately stood out, instant relief from the first wear. I can finally hit my 10,000 steps a day again without the pain holding me back.

Quick response
Quick response but not happy with the solution. I can't put the shoes on by myself because the tops are soft like socks. My only recourse was to accept a 30 percent refund and give away the shoes. This is not a good policy and I don't recall anything on the site saying no refunds if they didn't work like EVERY other shoe company online.

The shoes were advertised for people who stand on their feet for long periods of time and that's what interests me to purchase the shoes and I did purchase shoes. I got one pair that I paid for apparently and then a free pair plus some shoe installs which was which I thought was great. When I received the shoes, I tried them on at first stance. It felt like it was nice. However, I felt like a ball or some sort under my heel part, which made it feel very uncomfortable. And I knew I wouldn't be able to wear the shoes for long periods of time because of that feeling in the shoes. Also, the soles of the shoes are very slippery, which was not good at all in my line of work. So once I discovered like this wouldn't be a good choice of shoes for me, I emailed the company to let them know I would like to do a refund and when I tell you it took about Emails back-and-forth for them to finally give in and give me my full refund is ridiculous and I understand that the company is here to make money, however, if the buyer is telling you that the product is in a good fit for them when they're asking for a full refund, not 25%, 75%, 50% of full refund just give them their full refund. The shoes were not good for me, and I shouldn't have to go back-and-forth with these people about what percentage of my money I wanna receive back because I know one thing, I wanna 100%. Give the shoes back. However, after finally Going back-and-forth within 10 to 12 emails, after I kept declining different percentages of money, the Al received back, they also said I could keep the shoes or gift the shoes or donate the shoes which I didn't want to do if I felt it wasn't good for me and they also asked me to leave a review which I said I would do so once I received invoices that I would give get my Refund back and then I will do the review. But I feel this was completely outrageous completely prolonged days and days of emailing about a product I was not satisfied with. I am happy I received my full refund. Howe.\n Ver, they still didn't take the shoes back. Which I said I wanted to give them back because I do not feel like they're giftable.

Ordered the shoe seeing they had a 100% satisfaction guarantee. Great if they are rubbish I can get my money back. Shoes arrived and I put them on, they were rubbish, not comfortable at all. Contacted them for a refund. Offered 10%, 20% and finally 30% refund. I didnt want a partial refund I wanted a full refund. I was aware of their delaying tactics because their new returns statement said "The item must be shipped within 30 days of receipt, in its original packaging, and without any signs of use." What rubbish. I stood firm, and went to return the shoes to a Chinese address, and gave up when postage was $50 to get them there. Not happy with their 30% refund, seems a common theme.

I am very disappointed in these shoes…
I am very disappointed in these shoes and this company. They were not advertised as a wide width shoe and if that would be been made known I would not have bought them. I am so also disappointed that you reach out telling the company you would like to return the shoes and get a refund that that is not a possibly as they do not allow you to send the shoes back nor give 100% refunds. They said we could keep the shoes and get 30% back. However we have no use for them and they look just as they did when the shipped them off. I will make sure that next time I am working with a reputable company.
I don’t gift shoes nor do I have a use for these shoes so being told to gift them to someone I know is pointless.
I do work in healthcare for a very large company and I will let this be known not to use this company.

Refund handled efficiently
For various reasons, the shoes were not right for me. But to their credit, Ortho Shoes communicated quickly and efficiently and promised to process my refund as I had requested in a timely manner. This is the way such things should be handled. Overall, my experience was very positive.
