Fetchapet  Anmeldelser

Excellent service from start to finish. Always quick to respond to questions. Thorough on all levels. Felt our two dogs were in the best of hands from collection until they landed with us. Thank you for looking after the girls so well.

I have used your service before and always felt confident that my pet was in the best hands for safe and hassle free travel.

Sally and Team were fantastic with pet tranfer to Bermuda! very helpful and responsive. Cant recommend them highly enough!!

Sally was so lovely and helped me through every stage of the process. Highly recommend

Fetchapet has been a wonderful company to work with in relocating our two oriental cats all the way from the UK to Bangkok, Thailand. The process did take some time to organise, as there is a lot of paperwork involved, but throughout the whole journey Fetchapet was clear with their guidelines and even recommended other trusted companies to help us with important permits and health certifications.

I worked closely with Sally from Fetchapet, who was extremely attentive to all of my questions and helped reassure us that our cats were in safe hands. Her support really made a stressful process much easier to manage.

Today, our cats were delivered safely to our apartment, door to door. They were, of course, exhausted after the long journey, but otherwise in good condition. They were picked up in the UK at 06:30am on the 2nd of August and arrived in Bangkok on the 3rd of August at 11:00am. We used plastic crates, (they were large, and you keep them) with plenty of space and a water dispenser. After arrival, they were transported directly to us. One of our cats did pee inside the box, but the crate was lined with absorbent padding, which kept them comfortable.

Now both cats are happily settling into their new home, and we are so grateful for the care and professionalism shown throughout the process.

I would definitely recommend Fetchapet (and Relo4Paw (Sabrina - who was in charge of import permits) for their support on the ground here in Bangkok) if you want peace of mind and for your pets to arrive safely fetchapet will take care of everything!

In one word: Perfect!
We imported a puppy from England to Bermuda. Fetchapet handled everything- and absolutely perfectly! We had never done this before but Sally walked us through everything. She was fantastic! Everything went so smoothly, all documents were spot on. We worried because we had never done anything like it before, but we didn't have to. As I said above, everything was just perfect. (This review is too long. It would have been sufficient with the first word - perfect!)
Highly recommended!

We’ve used Fetchapet twice now, one for a relocation to Kuwait and then for relocation to Norway. They were absolutely fantastic during both moves. The first move was particularly complicated but Fetchapet coordinated with the import company in Kuwait and the airlines to make sure our dog and cat could travel together. On both moves when there has been issues with flights during transport but Fetchapet have kept us aware of what was happened and made sure that the pets were put the next flight. They truly care about the animals too. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them and already have done to several people moving their pets abroad.

Fetchapet were amazing in transporting my dog from the UK to Australia and also sorting out his onward flight internally once in Australia. Rachel knows anything and everything about the process of sending your dog over to Australia and made the whole complicated process a lot easier. Rachel was on hand for any questions I had. Rachel’s knowledge is second to none. I highly recommend using Fetchapet to transport your animal.

Fetchapet were absolutely fantastic to deal with. Incredibly knowledgeable, kind and always quick to respond to questions. They guided us through what could have been a stressful process and made everything feel straightforward. We always felt confident our puppy was in the very best of hands and are so grateful to all the team for helping us bring our puppy to us.

What an absolutely amazing team!!
From start to finish they were incredibly informative and reassuring. We received all the information we needed to relocate our dog and in good time to get him to Australia- I cannot fault the communication.
Our dog had to stay with Rachel, Mel and Nick before his flight for four days and they looked after him like one of thier own with lots of pics and videos of him on walks looking happy!
I cannot recommend this company enough! Thank you all for the kindness you have shown our boy

The staff at Fetchapet are very helpful. They answer all your questions to put your mind at rest. I would have no hesitation in recommending them with your fur babies as I did with mine.

Fetchapet team are hands down the best for seamless, safe and trusted pet export. From day 1 , they have been very clear in their communication and treated my dog so well all throughout. Sally, Emma and Nick, all have been very hands on and proactive . Thank you so much for my dog’s safe export back to her home.

Kind and seamless support for bringing my puppy from the UK to the US. He arrived happier than I've ever seen someone come off a transatlantic flight: business class for pets.

The staff at Fechapet and the transporter Go Fetch were very frieldly and caring in sorting out transport of a Labrador puppy from England to my son in the USA
They provided detailed instructions to ensure the journey was troublefree and it all went without a problem
The puppy is well settled in his new home

Fetchapet made what seemed like a daunting task extremely stress free. It is important to read carefully all the vaccination requirements for where you are going and the other guidance provided by Sally and Emma but once you have completed your part Fetchapet do the rest very competently and professionally.

Our two Chocolate Labs arrived in Thailand last Friday and were absolutely fine. From pick up from our home we were sent photos of the dogs at each stage which was very reassuring.
The only issue I had which was nothing to do with Fetchapet but important to note is that for Thailand, as I expect many other places, when you have your dogs vaccinated the vet needs to sign, print name and apply the stamp of the practice to each recorded vaccination otherwise you may not get the import license you require. We had to go back to our vet to get this sorted on a couple of the vaccines.
In summary it wouldn't enter my head to use anyone else for transporting my pets after this experience, along with the agents that Fetchapet work with in Thailand who both received the dogs and transported them to us.

We were relocating from the UK to Kazakhstan with our dog. Sally and her team were amazing at guiding us through the massive complexities of such an unusual move. They handled the permits, veterinary aspects and flight bookings with super efficiency and when it came to the day of travel, they were so kind and supportive of our very nervous dog. I can't imagine how it could have been any better. They were amazing, thank you.

I started my first phone call with Fetchapet by commenting on how many amazingly positive reviews they had and having worked with them to bring our cats along on our move I am sat here adding to it! Fetchapet are an absolute delight to work with and a breath of fresh air amidst all the logistical stress of relocating. Every single person I interacted with in their team was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable and had our best interests at heart. There's a lot of paperwork and it can feel daunting but the team take away all the stress and made it really smooth sailing. I felt really supported which made handing over our cats a much easier process and honestly I couldn't have dreamed of how calm they were on arrival and how easy they have settled in to their new home. If you're in two minds about using fetchapet and need a sign to take the plunge - this is it, I couldn't recommend them any higher!

Emma and Paula were fantastic. All questions were answered quickly, and they helped ease my worried mind. Everything was arranged professionally and easily, with clear instructions. I'm so happy to be reunited with my best friend Hugo aka my ginger shadow.

Sally was absolutely instrumental in assisting me to get my pet cat sorted to travel from the UK with moving back home in the Caribbean. They are also better value for money compared to PetAir by far. From the quotation process to coordinating pick up from the North East, Fetchapet made it all easy.

We couldn't have moved our dog from the UK to Singapore without Fetchapet – they made the admin side of things easy and they took great care of her on the day of the move itself. The communication throughout was superb – highly recommended
