Hi Steve
Thank you for taking time to review our service. Please accept our apologies for the time taken for the refund to reach your account.
We experienced a fault with our website that allowed customers to order items that were out of stock. We can only apologise for this. We are a small team and we do everything in our power to fix any system faults like this as soon as they are brought to our attention.
We understand your frustration at having to wait 10 days for the refund to arrive in your account however please understand we have no control over how many working days Shopify takes to refund your order. (Normally up to 7 working days).
Please be assured the refund was processed as soon as the request was made by you. I have emailed over to you the time stamped screenshots of the email time and the refund time.
We would love the opportunity to make this up to you and have already reached out to you on the email from which your order was placed. Please respond directly to this email or get in touch with us at info@festoonlighting.com.
We hope to hear back from you soon.
Kind regards
Josh

We are extremely sorry for the issue that occured with the courier, we use UPS as we have found them to be the most reliable service and can only apologise for your experience with them. We would love the opportunity to make this up to you. We have not yet received an email from you regarding the incorrect product, if you could please get in touch directly and let us know which product from your order is incorrect we will get that replaced for you straight away.

I'm very pleased with the light that I ordered, it's a nice soft light, but bright enough to light up the area between my 2 stables, which I need now that the evenings are getting darker, it was also a good price.
