First Class!
“I purchased all my Christmas tree lights from Josh, and he was exceptional throughout the entire process. Not only did he advise me on the right amount of lights, but he also suggested the best Christmas range. His service was incredibly reassuring, and the lights themselves were absolutely first-class. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend these products.

Thank you for your review, Audrey. As mentioned to you over email, we tried contacting you to make sure that what we were sending you was the correct item. As you had only ordered a single starter cable with no prior order under the same email, we needed to identify the correct cable that you required. This is to help our customers avoid paying any return shipping costs. The item that you had ordered was different to the item that you needed so this was a necessary step.
Unfortunately, we were closed and out of office for Christmas when you replied so your corrected order was shipped as soon as we returned in January. We can only apologise for this delay.
As a small business reviews are incredibly important to us and we are disappointed to receive a 1-star review, as we felt our intentions were well-natured. Nonetheless, it is great to hear that you have received your cable now and it works for you. If you need anything else please let me know - Josh

Hi Ian, thank you for your review. Thank you for being so understanding when we sent two parcels to you.
We have tried contacting you directly via email to arrange a date for the collection of the incorrect order but have yet to receive a response. If it is easier for you to call the office to arrange this, our number is 01257 795186.
We feel passionate about pricing transparency, so all our prices on-site are inclusive of VAT, and delivery is currently free for over £50. As far as we are aware, there are no exceptions to this. It is something that is automated by our web platform provider. However, if there is something specific on-site that has caused your confusion over this issue, we would love to hear more about it so we can fix any potential errors in future.
We hope to hear from you soon. If you need anything in the meantime, please let us know. Josh
Awesome support
In the run up to Chrismas, a set of our Festoon lights we had had for a couple of year suddenly failed.
I contacted Festoon to ask for troubleshoot & spare part advise, the team went above & beyond to help me and ultimately sent me replacement parts completely free of charge!
Very unexpected but fantastic support and our lights were up & running again for the festive season!

First Class Lighting & Great Service.
One of my neighbours asked me if I could find him some coloured outdoor string lights! After searching around with no avail, I was put on the a company called Festoon Light and spoke with a sales person, Josh. He was very friendly and helpful over the phone and emails. I explained exactly what I required and he sorted everything out for me and about a week later, the lights arrived and were fitted the next day. A top quality product which looked great when fitted and thanks to some first class information and service from Josh.
Many thanks!

Wow, great 365 festoon range and customer service
Wow, after many hours trying to find good quality festoon lights for permanent outside installation I came across this company. Their 365 range is great 50cm spacing and very good quality. I mucked up my order and they sorted it out straight away and they sent the stuf I actually needed and I received it the next day. I have no doubt these will last a good number of years (5 year guarantee for a start). Great customer service. Can't fault them. Thanks

I can’t recommend this company enough!
I can’t recommend this company enough. We bought some festoon lights and light bulbs. Unfortunately we mistakenly ordered the wrong bulbs. We contacted them to see if they would exchange them. There was no hesitation whatsoever. We returned the wrong ones and within two days they sent the ones that we preferred. Excellent customer service and the products are of high quality too. Thank you Festoon Lights, we wouldn’t hesitate using you again!
