Great home care service! The nurse was punctual and provided clear instructions. Shannon really knows how to lift my spirits when I'm nervous about the needle, haha! She is incredibly supportive, and we shared a hug before she left. Highly recommend this service.

I am doing a FET and need PIO shots. It’s been causing a lot of stress since I don’t have someone who can consistently help me with this. I found out about Fertility Home Care and their services 2 days before I needed to have my first PIO shot. They have been wonderful - so responsive, flexible with my changing schedule and able to provide a nurse with the crazy short notice I gave them. I love the nurse they sent me and my stress has been alleviated in regards to the shots. Thank you so much!

This was the best service I’ve ever received. Emails were responded to so quickly and planning was completely stress free. They remained flexible as I found out my start date the day of. Using Fertility Home Care took a huge weight off my shoulders and I am forever grateful to have had their support.

I was cancelled in short noticed by my actual service provide and Fertility Home Care was very responsive and flexible! I was very lucky to have them and the nurse who supported me. Diana, was extraordinary nice and skilled! Although I hope I don’t need this service anymore, if I do, it would defenitly be them again, and I recommend to anyone I know!

I had an urgent, same-day request and it was easy to get an appointment. After calling and explaining what I needed, Gene quickly set up an appointment and got me all the forms I needed to fill out. The nurse was perfectly professional and friendly; I felt at ease as she expertly administered the medication I needed. It was probably the most calm portion of this whole journey, to be honest. I'm grateful for this service and will use them again.

Gene and his company are professional. Gene was available to answer questions and I felt I had support that I needed. Ashley (nurse) was great, professional, with good hands, knowledgeable and with a great personality. From day one I felt like I knew for all my life, she took my nervousness away. I just relaxed and let her lead. Would highly recommend Gene and Ashley.

I was very nervous about administering the injections to myself even though I watched a lot of educational videos. The nurses they sent over were outstanding and knew how to administer the injections. Apart from the outstanding nurses, the scheduling was easy and the nurses were on-time-everyday.

The speed in responsiveness and clarity about the service is exceptional. My provider proactively communicated her arrival time, made me feel instantly at ease, and patiently answered all of my questions - despite the late hour. She was empathetic and quite frankly more helpful than my doctor's nursing line! I am incredibly relieved to be connected to Fertility Home Care - what a bright spot in this stressful process.

I had a great experience with Fertility Home Care. I used their services for my intramuscular trigger shot for the egg retrieval. Eugene and Annie were so organized, punctual, and empathetic when I was stressed out about giving myself the gluteal shot. They arranged an in-home nurse visit on such a short notice (Amy was great!). I am truly grateful for their services. Thank you!

I'm so grateful for the service Fertility Home Care provides! Gene was quick to respond to emails and provided helpful information. He was able to accommodate a last-minute rescheduling, which I greatly appreciated. Our nurse, Shannon, was excellent! She trained us on how to administer PIO injections. Shannon shared expert and practical advice that gave us confidence. She was friendly and relaxed, answered all our questions, and did not rush us. The biggest benefit was having one-on-one expert training that was tailored to me and my body. Thank you!

As I just finished my egg retrieval cycle today, I continue to be so grateful for this service. Fertility Home Care (FHC) is responsive, organized and professional. All three nurses I had during the process made me feel comfortable and supported. The nurses were prompt morning and night as well as knowledgable. I highly recommend using this services whether you have support at home or not. FHC and it's nurses eliminated the stress and concern I had about the fertility injections. If I decide to do another cycle, I will continue to use this home care service. THANK YOU!

This service was amazing and set us up for a successful IVF cycle. We did a teach appt for our first night of shots, which enabled me to feel confident doing all my own shots for the rest of stims. And then we had Fertility Home Care come back for the trigger. I was stressed about getting new medications mixed and ready at the exact right time, and very intimidated by the intramuscular needle. Gene found someone to administer for me—at 11 pm at night, on very short notice! Melanie was amazing. She came early, got everything ready, and injected exactly at my trigger time (to the minute). And no pain at all. On top of that, she was such a kind person and made a stressful experience lighthearted and even enjoyable. I could not recommend Fertility Home Care more!
