Eugene was very responsive throughout a process replying to emails send later in the evening quickly. I was also happy with the nurses they sent to help. Overall very seamless experience.

Support & Empathy in a Stressful Time
Support & Empathy in a Stressful Time - Going through my first cycle of meds for an IVF egg retrieval procedure was a vulnerable and stressful time in my life, both physically and emotionally. Through this entire process of ups and downs, I have had complete trust that Fertility Home Care would be there to help me through this process. Gene, Annie, and their team made the injection procedures feel seamless, and I can't begin to express how much I appreciated Gene's extremely prompt replies to (sometimes very sudden and urgent) emails. Gene and Annie have an amazing team of kind and caring nurses who consistently go above and beyond to help the patients in their care. I am so grateful for their compassion, professionalism, and unwavering support during a very challenging time in my life. I would wholeheartedly recommend Fertility Home Care to anyone navigating this journey — their empathy and dedication truly make all the difference.

Great experience, would highly recommend!
I can’t recommend using Fertility Home Care nurses highly enough. My nurse came to my home for 10 days to administer IVF injections and was consistently punctual, kind, efficient, and incredibly caring. Going through IVF is stressful enough, and she took a huge weight off my shoulders—handling the preparation and administration of the injections with complete professionalism and compassion. Thanks to her, I didn’t have to worry about doing them myself or second-guessing if I was doing things correctly. Her calm presence and expertise made a world of difference and truly helped reduce my anxiety during a very emotional process.

The best money I have ever spent
Fertility Home Care was the best money I have ever spent. Just had my first at-home injection with Lisa - it was such a reassuring experience and made the ’scariness’ of the first IVF injection go away.

F-Bombs, Procrastination, Narcissistic Traits
There is too much to type here, so see my google review for all the details, but in a nutshell:
-They knew my nurse would be out of town for well over a week in advance. They didn't look for a substitute until the first of her four days off. She graciously came the first day.
-Because this was Memorial Day weekend and they procrastinated, of course, they couldn't find anyone the Thursday or Friday before Memorial Day
-They did not tell me they couldn't find someone until 15 minutes after my shot was supposed to be taken. (I am 4 weeks pregnant, 10 days post transfer.)
-When I asked for a discount for continued services, when I was on the phone with Gene, Annie SCREAMED through the phone "SHE'S NOT GETTING A F****** DISCOUNT!" Would you trust a babysitter someone like that? Why would you. trust your unborn child to someone like that?
-took zero accountability, saying, "That's not how we do business" when that's exactly what they did

We want to acknowledge and apologize for the disruption you experienced during Memorial Day weekend. As you noted, this occurred during a period when we had a shortage of nursing availability due to the holiday. Despite successfully supporting you with timely, reliable in-home care in the weeks leading up to that night, we did not uphold that same standard.
We deeply regret the breakdown in communication and scheduling, and especially any behavior that made you feel disrespected or dismissed. That’s not the standard we hold ourselves to, and we’re taking your feedback seriously as we review what happened internally to ensure it doesn't happen again.
As outlined in our previous email to you, we are taking clear steps to strengthen our holiday coverage planning, improve response times, and ensure timely communication with patients if a coverage issue arises. These changes are already being implemented to help prevent this from happening again with future patients.
We refunded you for the single visit we could not accomodate and future visits that were scheduled but cancelled at your request. We remain deeply grateful for the trust you placed in us. Wishing you continued strength and good health during your pregnancy.

I had a truly wonderful experience with Fertility Home Care. From the moment I reached out, Gene & Annie were incredibly responsive and understanding. Despite very short notice, they arranged for a nurse to come to my home every single day during my 12 days of fertility injections — without missing a single appointment.
Having a nurse administer my injections each day made my egg freezing journey so much less overwhelming and stressful. Every nurse who came was professional, compassionate, and made me feel completely at ease. The service was consistently reliable, and the communication was excellent — I always felt supported.
If you are considering egg freezing or any fertility treatment, I cannot recommend Fertility Home Care highly enough. Their dedication, organization, and care truly made all the difference in my experience.

Easy and Efficient scheduling, and very professional services. They immidiately follow up with calendar appointments to act as reminders which is a great help! Our provider Carole was incredibly kind, knowledgable, and professional. She was a huge help in calming our anxiety and administering the injections efficiently and painlessly.
