Recently purchased a new Ascoso Steel Duo PID espresso machine, Francis spent a good hour on a Friday afternoon talking me through the options some of which I hadn’t considered and then patiently dealt with further queries via email. Great service, great commas and a great machine, can’t really ask for more.

Francis serviced my aging Isomac zaffiro and has breathed life back into it: it’s now really doing the business again. He also serviced a troubled mazzer grinder and has it working perfectly again! Thanks so much!

I was looking to buy a home espresso machine and emailed Ferrari Espresso regarding one particular machine, I received a swift reply that answered my query and also suggested a similar alternative. I ended up purchasing the alternative, which looked a better fit for my situation and was also better value for money.

Once ordered, I received regular updates and the order arrived 3 days later. It was in good condition (as you would expect) and had been well packaged. I had an after sale query, which was also answered very quickly.

I would use this business again, as the contact I’ve had has been positive and informative.

My Elektra SX came back home today from Port Talbot and it's working at least as well as it did when it was new, 18 years ago. Frank has had it in his workshop several times in between and his service is always thorough, prompt and courteous. First class and highly recommended!

Bought a machine from Ferrari Espresso Ltd almost a year ago now, service back then and personal touch buying process was incredible. Unfortunately developed a small fault with the steam solenoid valve. After one email I was bringing the machine to him directly and he fixed the part within a few hours. Great explanation and customer service. Fantastic local dealer and so helpful. Will buy all my machines from here for as long as I enjoy coffee. Thanks again!

Just had our Pavoni espresso machine returned after a long over due service. Francis Ferrari-Lane provided a great experience - we chatted on the phone before I sent the machine to him; he was very reassuring. The fact he supplies the company we used to use was a real comfort. The machine has come back in great condition and making great coffee! They are busy so you have to be patient - but definitely worth the wait - Thank you!!

Excellent advice and service from Francis. Initially I contacted him by email many months ago for advice on a particular espresso machine and he responded very quickly and gave me clear guidance.

Then recently I finally had the funds available to order the machine and called up for more advice which he freely gave and answered all of my questions.

Finally I placed the order online the same day, and my shiny new machine arrived the following day, and incredibly well packed (double boxed). I will keep both boxes in case I ever need to send it back for servicing or repair.

I think I could have saved £50 going elsewhere (to a box shifting site), but I wouldn't have got the level of support that I needed.

One very happy customer here, and from my reading on Coffee Forums UK it seems like there a lot of happy customers there too.

Ferrari Expresso Ltd was really responsive when my Quickmill Anita Evo developed a leak. Once I realised I was a bit out of my depth being a DIY'er I sent the Coffee Machine to them for a complete service.

I was really impressed with their knowledge and customer service. My machine has never worked as well as it does now.

I purchased my first ever espresso machine, the Quick Mill Pippa and I could not be happier l with it. It came well protected inside the packaging and was tested by Ferrari Espresso at some point prior to shipping. It even came with some coffee beans as a gift which I am pleased to say resulted in the first drinkable and tasty espresso I got from the machine!
If I were to offer one area for improvement, I would say the website while functional does lag behind some of the other sites I browsed in terms of user friendliness and style. Ultimately it had the information and product I wanted and the service provided was great!

I contacted Francis to help get more details and compare the two espresso machines I considered, which are unavailable here in Israel. He was helpful, knowledgeable, and responsive, and I ended up ordering one of them. It was sent on the day promised and arrived on time. I highly recommend

We had wonderful service from Francis from our initial enquiry through to delivery. We were kept up to date throughout and the coffee machine arrived well packaged - and ready to go with a free pack of coffee beans!
