The policy we set you up with is a 3-year Platinum Home Warranty. This is not a scam, this policy has an A+ Administrator that has been in over 20 years. Please contact Customer Service to answer any questions you may have.

They sent me a letter clearly implying that I’m supposed to call them about buying their warranty and would be in legal trouble if I don’t. Obviously nothing ver explicitly stated but also they obviously know what they’re doing is intentionally deceptive

Shady!!!
This company operates in a sneaky manner. They send threatening letters and phone calls about your warranty expiring. The letters don't indicate who they are from. Then when you call to confirm it's the warranty from the dealership they lie and say it is. They did send me my refund but hassled me during the process & a few days afterward about keeping the policy. When I do buy an extended warranty, it won't be with a company that operates in such an underhanded manner.

Our letters are not meant to be threatening; however they are time sensitive. We apologize if there was any misunderstanding in who the coverage is through. We are not affiliated directly with the dealership. We do have fleet accounts with multiple companies to ensure any Customers needs are taking care of efficiently. Our policies can be used at any Dealership or licensed repair facility nationwide.

I just bought a new car with the best warranty I don't need this Fenix Protect! They sent me a car recall letter to trick me into calling. I never even knew the name of the company until I got the email. This is false advertising and I want to cancel and get my money back!
