Love all things Feners! 100/10

I love all my Feners pieces from my first pair of Le Jour Noir Vegan boots back in 2021 now to my Punta Fina sandals and knitwear in 2024, I am always so impressed by the detail, craftsmanship, styles, fit, and speed of delivery. Feners has become my go-to brand when looking for something truly one-of-a-kind for both everyday and special occasions.

Do not buy if UK based

Price of items not matched by quality. Wanted to buy from this brand based on its 'ethical' production ethos, and happy on face value to pay a little more for items to support this brand effort. However, despite the website saying 'shipping calculated on checkout' and my shipping cost coming up with a price on checkout, I had missed clicking on a small print extra hyperlink at the bottom of the page, where I had to read that UK customers have to pick up the import/customs charges without notice of how much this could be, which came for me to over an additional 30% of the order total. This brand shouldn't be advertising in the UK, without flagging on check out the prices that you're expected to cover clearly. By hiding things in the small print, it feels like a deliberate way to trick customers into purchases who would otherwise be deterred by price / doesn't allow you to accurately budget for your purchase. I hope the brand adjusts this on their website to make customs charges clearer on checkout, as other brands regularly do.

Very bad quality fabric

Very bad quality fabric. After only 1 wash the fabric started pilling. When pointing this out to the customer service with pictures they refused to take it back. Cute designs but the quality is so bad, it's shocking.

Send wrong item and did not fix the issue

I ordered clothes from them over four months ago and they sent me two Tops instead of a top and a skirt. I emailed him immediately even though it took over two months for me to get the items And they still haven’t remedied the issue. When I emailed them, they ignored me several times and then claimed my emails had been going to spam folder, even though that they had responded to them previously. The quality of the items I received had gone downhill in the past like they were made better quality and now they just seem like something that you could get from Shein. Additionally, when they finally respond, they sent me a return form and it seemed like they hadn’t even read my previous emails about how they sent the wrong item. I paid for a skirt and a top meaning that I overpaid. They “remedied” the issue by offering a 10% discount which I did not want because why would I buy from them again? I’d like my money back because at this point they have stolen from me.

Worst costumer service!

Worst costumer service!! I would not recommend this company for online purchases. I ordered a dress in april, and because it took a month before it was shipped, I was not able to go get it, since I was out traveling. My order was therefore shipped back to the company, but I have never received my money. I have been writing them eight times, and have now needed to handle it over to the police, since they have stopped communicating with me.

The worst customer service without empathy

The quality is terrible but their customer service is even worse. I had a huge health scare in my close family and needed to travel, which is why I got back home on the last day I could return my package.

I wasn’t happy with it and wanted to return, which would’ve still been in time, but for some reason they said I couldn’t.
After explaining and asking for some help, they just told me that ‘the system doesn’t work like that’ and that they couldn’t take my return or refund me.

Watch out with ordering here. I spent so much money and it’s now just thrown away. These people are all about selling and don’t have your best interest as a customer in mind. Very disappointing.

Low quality items and terrible customer service

Ordered a skirt and the fabric started fading/bobbling within 3-4 uses, seemed like a low quality fabric chosen for production. Contacted customer service team about this issue and was told they had not received this feedback before. Thought I’d give them the benefit of the doubt and requested for an exchange as might have been an issue with my item and they refused to replace the item. Was blamed for not following washing instructions, however item has not been washed yet. Terrible quality for such an expensive garment and customer service has simply refused to exchange.

Awful experience and terrible customer service

I had an awful experience with this brand. The clothes were 3 weeks late which meant I had already missed the event I had ordered them especially for. Also if you don’t live in the EU don’t order - the customs charges are £45. I politely asked them if they’d pay the import taxes since they were 3 weeks late with my order and I missed the event. They refused.

Ordered 26th of April - still nothing

I've ordered on the 26th of April. Till this day I haven't received my order. They keep on writing emails with excuses about the delay and make new promises about the delivery. Customer service replies fast, but it's the same excuse over again. I ordered it for a wedding with 7 weeks to spare, but unfortunately I can't wear it now. I do want to support small businesses however be a more honest on your website while ordering.

Ive ordered a dress

29/5: Ive ordered a dress. Their website stated 13 June to be shipped to me but haven’t received any confirmation of shipment. On the 17th of June, I sent them a follow-up email.

20/6: I followed up on e-mail again, and I got a response back same day, saying that my dress is on the way, and that it would be with me in 48-72 hours.

Today, 24/6: Its 4 days later and not even an email from the shipment company that they have received anything that is on the way. I doubt that e-mail from Feners was the truth.

I get that a small company might struggle with keeping up with demand etc, but that's fine, as long as they communicate this and not lie.

Anyways, I will give them a few more days to turn things around for the better before I report them. But If I were you, I wouldn't buy from them. I will post again if I receive my parcel or hear anything from them.

I am very pleased with the Fener's…Customer service!

I am very pleased with the Fener's customer service team for the way they handled a recent purchase of mine. I had purchased a set from them a month before Coachella as I was intending to wear it to the festival.

Unfortunately, there were a lot of delays on their end and I didn't get the order in time. I understand they must be a small team working overtime to keep up with orders, but I was still very disappointed and frustrated that the order didn't make it in time.

The customer service team ended up making up for it by taking accountability while being kind and responsive. They even gave me a refund and a 10% off discount for a next purchase!

It's natural for smaller brands to have growing pains, so I really appreciate this brand for taking accountability and serving their customer. Beyond their beautiful designs and quality, their customer service will take them far. #shopsmall

I'm extremely let down by my recent…

I'm extremely let down by my recent experience. Initially, I was thrilled about the boots I purchased from Feners. The quality was top-notch, but sadly, they didn't fit my wider calf, so I had to return them following the provided instructions. Surprisingly, instead of a refund, I received a gift card. Not a big deal, I thought—I planned to order another pair anyway in case the first didn't work out. I used the gift card for the second pair, only to find they were uncomfortably lacking in arch support. It's clear I won't be able to wear them, so I initiated a return for this pair on December 19, 2023. Despite multiple emails, I've received no response and my return request remains unapproved. It's incredibly disappointing that the company seems to be ignoring my inquiries, as other reviews suggest. I understand they're a small business, but I've been exceedingly patient. This level of disregard is unacceptable. I urge you to explore alternative options to ensure a more positive experience if, unfortunately, you encounter similar issues.
