I purchased something 5 days ago I have not heard from anyone even though website says 2 to 5 business days delivery will be made I have emailed them and no one replies and there is no contact number

Due to covid the delivery was a little longer than I expected but when I enquired the answer was very prompt and friendly. And so was the communication on the delivery day. A pleasure to deal with! And a great price too!

The item I ordered was delivered within 72 hours, and is everything it was advertised to be. In addition, it was $50 cheaper than the competitor’s, which is an added bonus.

Product was delivered quickly. I foolishly put the hinges on the wrong way and couldn’t work it out. They were very patient in advising me. Maybe this fine point should be dealt with more precisely for us unskilled.

Incredible product and next-day delivery. Highly recommend

Very fast delivery . Thanks

I was skeptical about this site. But ordered and arrived within 2 days. Happy with delivery, and product. Thanks

Item as described, easy communication & very fast delivery! Highly recommended!!!
Cheers!!

Faar shipping, good quality

I was thrilled with every aspect of my purchase. The price of course was an important factor. From initial purchase the rest of the process was one of the best experiences relating to communication re-delivery and product arrived in perfect condition and timely.

Service it's extreme good.
Fast, on time in delivery and before the goods arrive they will notified you.
Its really First class services

Great delivery times. Item as described. No fuss purchase. Communication could be slightly improved (more lead-in time to when item was arriving. I received notice on the morning of the delivery. I was lucky that I was home to receive parcel that day as there was nowhere the parcel could be left had no one been there to take delivery). However all-in-all, I am happy with the item and happy with the service

Fantastic multi level cupboard, great value for money.

Ordered a table, order was accepted. Then received an email a week later stating that the order has been refunded. Why sell something that you can't deliver. Waste of time and effort. Disappointed.

Excellent quality product and delivered to my door on a Saturday - fantastic service.

The product was as described.
I was concerned I wasn’t going to receive it.
I thought there could be better communication.
Once you returned my email, it was great then.
Very happy

Ordered item on Friday evening. Was delivered Saturday afternoon. Most amazing service and delivery!
Item great quality and value for money.
Would definitely purchase from Felip again!!!
