I am extremely disappointed with FEELITS and the way my refund request has been handled. I purchased the PA02 Mulberry Silk Bridal Collection Maxi Dress in Golden Champagne, size L, expecting a quality product and a professional customer service experience. Instead, I have been left frustrated and dissatisfied.
The dress is too short and too small for the size wich is labeled
I’m a size S/M but I was looking to fit relaxed for this I order L and when I contacted customer service to request a refund, I was told that they would not accept a return because of their hygiene policy. I find this response completely unacceptable and deeply disappointing as I didn’t wear or touch at all the dress is with all tags and labeled attached
A customer should not be left feeling that their money is more important to a company than their satisfaction. Hiding behind a blanket policy instead of trying to find a fair solution is not the level of service I expected from a brand selling premium silk products.
What makes this experience even worse is the lack of willingness to resolve the situation fairly. I paid for a product that does not fit as expected, and now I am expected to simply accept the loss of my money.
I would strongly advise other customers to think carefully before ordering from FEELITS. Make absolutely sure you understand their return policy before spending your money, because if you are unhappy with the fit, you may find yourself with a product you cannot use and a company unwilling to help.
This experience has seriously damaged my trust in the brand. Good customer service is about treating customers fairly, listening to their concerns, and finding reasonable solutions—not simply refusing a refund and closing the conversation.
I am extremely unhappy with how this has been handled, and I still expect FEELITS to reconsider my refund request and resolve this matter professionally. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this company.
