The tool offers great features and meets expectations. I have had the chance to interact with their customer support a couple of times, and I'm certainly pleased. Their customer support exceeds expectations.

I signed back and subscribed after a few months of absence. And realized the feature I intended to use was missing/removed. I asked the support, and they clarified why it was missing/not working. I asked them for a refund since what I paid for wasn't working. They issued a refund right away on live chat. No wait time, no multiple back-and-forth emails, no whining, no screenshots asked for, no stupid questions asked, no forced upselling or cross-selling. It was just one message on live chat, and they did it.

The thing is, almost all the apps in this niche offer similar features with minimal differences, but what makes these guys stand out is their customer service. If I had to use a feature or service again, I'd subscribe with them again without a second thought. Thumbs up to their customer service.

Scammer they charge for a year and doesn't work. But won't refund you.

Real scammers. They charged me 115$ without me doing anything on theirs website and without subscribing. Extremely disappointed. Would make sure that more people and amazon sellers will understand what a real scammers threecolts are.

Honestly I do not know how or why I am the first person leaving a review for Feedback Whiz. I found this Amazon seller tool after a disappointing trial with a different company. After a couple days of using Feedback Whiz, I knew I had hit the jackpot. The functionality of the site is amazing. I signed up with the intention of automating emails for feedback, but I came out with so much more. I am now using their software for basic accounting as well. They offer a free trial (a lengthy one at that), there is no downside to at least giving them a try. You will not be disappointed. If you are very meticulous and like things to be perfect, you want things done immediately without lag or error, this is for you. It is incredibly user friendly, and their customer support is unparalleled. Specifically, support agent Gigi has been of a huge help to me. I did have a couple questions when first setting up this software, and she responded within an hour or two. I will also add that compared to other websites, their prices are incredibly reasonable. I will be paying $39.98 each month for this service after my trial, and this includes automated emails and the "profits" tab as well which lays out a P&L for me with detail. Highly recommend Feedback Whiz.
