Quick response from customer service. (Even on a weekend which was not expected) To clarify, I wouldn’t have had to call them if I would have read the instructions more thoroughly.. Great product so far. Easy/straightforward assembly (if you read thoroughly lol). We couldn’t ask for more. Especially for the price.

When I received my trampoline from a 3rd party seller, it was missing necessary parts.

BCsn trampoline support quickly jumped into action and shipped out parts, some of which were overseas. Very good communication about the progress.

They anticipates it would take 6 weeks; but it was actually a lot less time.

Excellent customer service. Very prompt responses to my questions about a factory reset of my treadmill. We have had the Star 100 treadmill for two years. We love it! After a while the belt needed oil, but after I applied oil to the deck and restarted the treadmill, the message on the console indicating "oil" would not disappear. Customer service was great in letting me know how to the put the machine in "standby" mode and that cleared it up. Easy fix! I highly recommend fed fitness, I have other exercise related items from them in addition to the treadmill. Their manufacturing is high-quality and their customer service is spot on.

After much research I decided on the FED Fitness EB2 exercise bike. It is a high quality bike competing with similar brands at twice the price or more. Great customer service!
