I advise that no one go with this firm they are longest worst firm u could ever choose for your claim honestly do not use these people

Daneen has been amazing, really quick process and they are straight on it and it’s hassle free I highly recommend this company with any housing disrepair problems you
May have it’s quick and easy to do and they are friendly and easy to talk to

Lucy who was my solicitor was absolutely brilliant. She cared and it wasn’t all about the compensation. She made sure that I was protected from incomplete works. The timeframe for which was agreed with the housing association. She added these conditions to my case so that I can go back to her if they take longer or I’m moved back and the problems are not resolved.

From the initial call to the whole process , very professional , had a claim sorted for me within a few hours , the whole process was easy and I am very happy with all the help I have received

Excellent customer service frequent updates all the way through the process quick to respond nd got what needed to be fixed sorted in my home would definitely recommend

On bigin I thought they r a scam but after bee talking on phone and buy text messages and emails I feel confident and honestly I advise and one if they have mold damp etc contact FFM solicitors they r brilliant 5 stars 🌟 thanks FDM for the help and suport
