I ordered an ignition coil for a Husqvarna 223L weed eater. It did not work. There is recourse - no one to contact and you have to return the product within 7 days. I will order from a more reputable source next tie. I'm guessing they buy faulty products and sell them as new.

3D Cart Stores host multiple scam companies such as JustAudioShop which allow orders for hundreds of items despite the company not being active. You can't contact the company, or 3Dcartstores, or anyone else except trading standards and your own credit card company to recover your money. For users searching google, JUSTAUDIOSHOP is a SCAM and they accept orders but never ship anything!

HORRIBLE. Not logical, things hardly work and everything is harder than it needs to be. They refuse to fix what's not working or to make things easier. They have the MOST ABHORRENT hold noise on the planet and refuse to change it even though there have been endless requests to do so.

I placed an order for 1 hoodie on September 30th, 2016. By the end of October I had not heard anything and attempted to contact them via their website, email, through Paypal and through Facebook. No response.
I finally was able to connect with someone through Facebook Messenger, however it took over three days for them to respond. They assured me that my order would be out at the end of the week.
This went on for 5 more months until I contacted Paypal and was refunded.
Every week I was assured my order would come out the week following, with no results at all.
It's too bad really, they have a great message. But beware, they will take your money and never deliver on your order.

Unless you keep your own notes to remind yourself when the year billing is up - beware. They do not send a reminder that your annual billing is going to be charged and if you don't cancel within the 30 day of the renewal you are stuck with paying the whole year with no recourse.

It is one thing to say you have to cancel within a 30 day period after renewal - but come on - give notification that you are going to be charging the credit card on such and such a date. Once I noticed that I had been billed for another year (after mistakenly thinking I had canceled correctly) I contacted them. It was 45 days - not 30 days after the payment had posted and now I am out over $200.

So.... buyer beware - you will not receive notification of upcoming annual billing.

I ordered over $200 worth of products and they did NOT deliver in the 2 wks that they say they would. After 4 wks, and having my event come and go I demanded a refund. It has been over 2 months and I have yet to see my refund. I am in the process of contacting my bank to collect the refund. FCKH8 is a disorganized company with no commitment to deadlines...DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!

I ordered a shirt and a hoodie for my sister in law for Christmas. I placed the order on November 2nd. Here it is two days before Christmas and I still have nothing. I've contacted them via email twice and both times they were very apologetic, which was nice I guess, but both times they said the order would be shipping within a week. Obviously not true. It's a great site with a great message, but these guys really need to hire someone else to handle the merchandising side.

Veeeery slow!!! And when you try to contact them, it takes over a week before getting an answer, UNLESS you write in the mail that you want your money back!

I can't believe that it takes 1 1/2 month to send 2 t-shirts and a hoodie!
