John is a knowledgeable and helpful…
John is a knowledgeable and helpful person, and we appreciated his support throughout most of the process. However, it was disappointing and frustrating that he suddenly stopped responding right when the shipment was about to arrive at his warehouse. There was no prior notice or explanation, which left us in a difficult position. This kind of lack of communication is both unprofessional and irresponsible, especially at such a critical stage. I hope everything is okay on his end and that he resolves whatever issue he may be facing—but clients should be informed, not left in the dark. Communication is key in any business relationship.

This was not a good fit for either company. Customer's products were very large, inconsistent (craft) with quality and packaging requiring extensive labor. It was taking 20 minutes to repackage each unit + all new materials. Resources that they were not willing to pay for and became impractical to continue. Hope they found a 3PL that works for their unique situation.
