Excellent service!
When I found I was not able to pay my full monthly payment of £148 I put in an email to Fazaty to ask what I could do. They gave me a number to ring and I got through in about 20 seconds. I spoke to Thakshila who was so so helpful. She explained it clearly that the reason the amount due was more than I thought was because of the 80p a day interest it had gained. She took me through setting up a payment plan so I could spread the cost, I was even able to choose what day I wanted this to start and was able to choose my pay day. The whole call took literally 5 minutes and I got an email instantly to explain the new payment plan. 11/10 service

I know it’s not always great get quick…
I know it’s not always great get quick loans etc, normally you find most quick loan companies not easy to get hold of, not very responsive but I have to say needed a quick £100 and I was very impressed how they dealt with myself, normally you’d feel very intermediated anyway due to the circumstances but you can actually speak to someone which was amazing too
