I purchased the Halloween leggings, which looked amazing online — detailed, textured, and high-quality. But what I received was completely different.

The fabric is cheap, the print is flat, and the product looks nothing like the photos. On a scale from 1 to 10, it’s maybe a 0.5. This is seriously misleading and unfair — a total scam.

For this who does not read long reviews:

If I could give this company -zero stars, then I totally would. I was so excited when I was ordering from their website because all of the clothing looks amazing and the real lot of Halloween options. I choose linen fabrics because I am very fabric sensitive when the product arrived within 3–4 weeks it was almost Halloween and there were three items that were nothing as pictured or listed. Nothing was made of any quality fabric. I think there’s a fabric cheaper than polyester that feels horrible and that is what they use and the sizing was completely off. They did not want to accept my returns initially and tried to offer me a coupon. But there is no way that I want to order anything else because I do not trust this company whatsoever.

This company is a complete scam. The item I ordered looks nothing like what I received. I have tried to return the item for a month and still have not received a return label nor a refund. This site needs to be closed

Trap er niet in! Slechte kwaliteit en lijkt totaal niet op de afbeelding. Levering duurt ook lang.

Vestiti di pessima qualità che vengono dalla Cina. Materiale non come in descrizione, nessun ricamo, ma stampe di bassissima qualità. Pessima esperienza.

They use AI pictures to make thier products look better but its complete garbage and they refuse to refund you.

Cancelled order immediately when I realized it was a scam. Followed the instruction and emailed to cancel. They didn't respond for days then asked if I could keep it and I said NO. Then they didn't respond and sent a shipping email a few days later. Absolute trash and scam. Filed with FTC but will probably never get my money back. This site needs to be taken offline.

I bought 2 knit sweaters and a knit dress. What arrived was a see-through cheap polyester pile of garbage that literally had the photo of what I ordered printed on the fabric. Do not order from them, it is a scam. None of the materials were what I ordered. The "dress" was just an oversized cheaply printed copy. The pictures are a complete lie; they do not sell knit wear, they sell bottom basement rotten shoddy materials that do not resemble their advertisements. Good luck to anyone trying to get a refund.

Artswardrobe are now trading as Faymoon on Facebook Marketplace, same garments, same scam, and as always no action by FB to stop them.

Scam don’t buy! Looks NOTHING like the picture. It’s not a knitted sweater. It’s a polyester sweat shirt with print on it. Super disappointed I was checking the mail daily excited to get it.

The items I ordered were in the description and the picture knit sweater dress. What was delivered was extremely large and would be extremely embarrassing to even considering wearing the items. Awful prints on bad shaped clothing items. it was a FUZZY print of a knit pattern. you could not even save or repurpose the items if you wanted to. now they are asking for pictures of their shitty product to see if they can fix it

HORRIBLE, cheap quality clothes. False advertising!!!

Absolutely fraudulent business. They sell you something which looks nothing like the pictures. Going to ombudsman and fraud team. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY

Feel into the trap and didnt review more into it! Horrible quality, I didnt even have to take from the package to see what garbage arrived. I stupidly bought 4 items at $150 which I really hope I can recoup some of it back. To say disappointment is an understatement. DO NOT BOTHER!!!!!

My disappointment regarding the dress I purchased from Faymoon is up there. The dress I received is nothing like the description provided on your website. It feels like a case of false advertisement, and I suspect that AI-generated images were used to mislead customers. Do NOT waste your money. The quality sucks. And there is NO customer service.

If I could give zero stars I would, thats what they deserve!!! The product is ordered was not as shown on the website they use nothing but AI generated pictures for their product and what you get is some cheep thin clothes that are printed on and not knitted like shown, they will not give me my money back. Its a huge scam!!! Do not waste your money!!!
