I wouldn’t even give them one star!!!! This company is a SCAM!!! I have waited for months for my product and first they blamed there shipping company now there blaming the president ! Buyer BEWARE!!!!

I ordered 4 pairs of Goggles in March and haven't received them. I get the run around with tracking and with email response. I'm currently trying to work through PayPal to get a refund. I hope it works! I definitely got scammed.

Scammed!! Said it was delivered, got same response as other customers.No refund,how do we report and get refunded??

I ordered a product that I saw advertised by Favorabler on social media. After the fist month of waiting I emailed them and they sent a curt reply providing a broken shipping link. Basically blaming the shipping company for the delays. Subsequent emails have been similar. They refuse to refund me after waiting 3 months for my product. They are a scam. Positive reviews are posted by them with the intent to deceive.

Sent me two wrong screen protectors, and I took a picture and sent it to them and still I’m in the wrong, won’t replace them won’t refund me in full, pathetic customer service and they advertise how tuff there protectors are when really there same shit ones you buy anywhere, pathetic company and people !
Don’t use this joke of a company !

I don’t even wanna give it one star, but you can’t write a review unless you give a star. I ordered coconut core and the ad said it was a product from the USA. I ordered it and my first email shows that it is coming from Italy I asked for a refund. It’s now a month later And my package is somewhere in Alaska. Why would they charge me so little money to ship coconut core from Italy to North Carolina through Fairbanks, Alaska this is a joke. Do not order anything from this company.

It took over a month to get our “quick shipped” goggles, and when they finally got here yesterday they were the wrong size and colors. So they didn’t even fit our kiddos faces and they were both pink. They seemed like good goggles, but we can 100% find better on Amazon for cheaper, less shipping time and it would actually be what we ordered.

Just like other reviews, I have not received my item and am getting generic emails back when I try to ask where my item is. They said they have contacted the shipping company, blamed this on Trump and the tariffs etc. Do not order from this company.

I ordered goggles over a month ago. I have been receiving generic emails with tracking info for a month. I was confused because the tracking number was weird and the updates were all over the place. I reached out to customer support and immediately got an email back stating that because of President Trump's tariffs shipping was delayed at customs. I requested to cancel my order and a full refund, and got an email stating that they understood my anxiety, but they were getting a shipping update from shipping company. When I was persistent about wanting a refund they stopped communication. so yes it's a SCAM! Stay away!

I got scammed on several levels. This cannot be a legitimate business. First they sent the wrong product, after waiting for 29 days for the wrong item to arrive. I emailed the company. They offered me $2 for my "inconvenience" That was like a slap in the face! A legitimate company would never do that. I have a product that I have never heard of before and absolutely useless to me. I also looked at my credit card bill. The invoice that I was supposed to pay was to be a total of $26.96. This included item cost along with shipping. They actually charged me $35.05. They added an $8.09 charge for tax. There is nowhere on this earth where a person would be charged $8.09 dollars tax on a $19.97 item !!! That is insane! This is total thievery. It is fraud. This total was never on any correspondence that I received. The item tracking put the item's origin as in Fredricksburg Denmark. It went through customs before entering the United States. The shipping label's return address, however showed that it came from Georgia, the next state over from where I live. 29 days to travel a couple hundred miles????? Another red flag. Email correspondence was useless as they did not offer a refund nor to send the correct item.

I placed an order with the seller, and the tracking number they provided shows the package was delivered to a different address—not mine. I confirmed this directly with USPS, who also stated that the tracking number is either invalid or shows delivery to another location. The seller initially claimed delays and customs issues, then insisted the package was delivered correctly. However, I never received the order, and USPS suspects potential fraud. I requested a refund multiple times, but the seller has only given generic responses and refuses to take responsibility.

Total scam. I never received my order. I ordered swim goggles in March, and they said it would arrive within two weeks. It’s been over two months and I’m still getting “parcel status” update emails.

I’ve been waiting since March 3rd. The tracking had it moving very slowly, then it stopped moving when it got to the US on the 20th of April. They blamed it on Trump. But my package supposedly was in the US . The email said they were expedited a new package. Haven’t heard a thing! Scam!! Do not order from them!!!

They are a scam. I ordered goggles and got a fake tracking number. It says my items were delivered April 26 and it’s May 7th. They keep emailing back with different responses. It was delivered, check with your mail carrier and neighbors. Then they emailed that it’s the tariffs. They are never coming.

Ordered goggles over a month ago and they still have not arrived. They keep stating that it is normal delivery. They stated they were made in the USA and then the tracking showed that they were being shipped from Europe. Then today I looked at the tracking info and it says that they were shipped for china. Definitely not sure how the origin of departure has changed over a month later. I doubt I will ever get them and I should have done research instead of buying something from an instagram link. I read something that they may also sell your info including cc info so I will be keeping an eye on that. Do not trust them at all!

It took over a month to receive my product. It is a total scam and bait and switch of what was advertised vs. what was delivered. I have submitted a request to return and get a refund and was told to send pictures of the SKU and waybill from inside the package; of course there was NO waybill inside the package. This is a HORRIBLE company and a total scam.

Never received the items I ordered. When I contacted the seller's email addresses I was sent auto responses with excuses as to why an order may be late. The tracking information provided did not pertain to my order

Made the same mistake as everyone else. Got the goggles & they are ridiculously cheap. Went to the website & see no info about returns. And not made in USA, such a waste of time & money.

Ordered 4 pair of goggles and 2 pair were something you would buy for a dollar at the dollar store. Total Rip off! Took 2 months to get my order.

When I ordered it said ships in 3 days and after 10 stops for 3 days each I'm still waiting for the product. And from what I've read in the reviews I might not even get it or what I'll get isn't what they advertised
