Faucet Wave is a fraudulent site
Faucet Wave is a fraudulent site. When I am closer to withdraw the money then they put a new rule to upgrade the membership with fee. The blocked the watch ad section & apply this new rule. At the time of near withdrawal this kind of behavior is unacceptable. They can't force anybody to upgrade paid membership. Several time I tried to reach to complete my regular job but failed. After then I wrote a forum post to release my pending payment. Because I will never go for paid membership. But they didn't response my forum post, moreover they suspended my account. It is one kind of cyber crime. Can anyone help me that where I will put my complain to get solution. This kind of scam site must be closed immediately.

We reserve the right to make adjustments to our services at any time we choose. We also communicate all changes in advance.
See the terms and conditions below that you agreed to at the time you created your account.
https://faucetwave.net/terms
Now, regarding blocking PTC ads, you are able to view a limited amount per day. Upgraded members can view more. You can choose to remain a free member or request that we close your account.
Note that we only suspend accounts if you are using a VPN or Proxy or you have been inactive for more than 30 days. You may request a review of your account in our telegram support group at the link below:

Quite simply, you are not forced to use our services. You may leave at any time.
Once you reach the $2 minimum withdrawal that has not changed, you can request to be paid. We pay our members from membership dues and advertising revenue we receive. It is not a charity that rewards free members for doing nothing.

They took down the bonus field which those who does not have referrals at all or no budget for their premium upgrade system rely on. It was good in my 2 months with the site but I cannot recommend this now it will take many months even maybe a year before you reach their $2 minimum payout by then you already consume lots of data if you are not in wifi. Could have given the site a 1 star but since they let us free users exp at least a good payout in 2 months I'll give it 3

Instead of immediately assuming we are a scam, which we are not, why don't you follow the support process and reach out to us in telegram where we can look at your account?
Our system ONLY suspends accounts when it sees a condition that causes it to trigger the automation.
Please review the following that caused your account suspension and send us a telegram message here https://t.me/cryptoteambuild
User was detected using multiaccounts and all multiaccounts were blocked:
Username: cihan84
If you want to resolve it, we can discuss it there. If we are able to resolve it, we ask that you remove or update your review.

We do not block accounts for no reason. Yours would have been blocked for one of the following:
1. **Inactivity**: If you have not logged into your account for more than 30 days, it becomes inactive and automatically suspended.
2. **Cheat Links**: You might have clicked on one of the Cheat Links in the PTC ads, which are labeled as "DO NOT CLICK".
3. **Multiple Accounts**: The system detected that you have multiple accounts, which is against the terms of service.
4. **Auto-Click Software**: You were found to be using auto-click software, which is prohibited.
5. **Proxy or VPN**: You attempted to use a Proxy or VPN with the website, which is forbidden.
You are welcome to visit out telegram group to get your account unblocked as long as it was not for clicking the cheat link by going here: https://t.me/cryptoteambuild

We do not ban accounts for no reason. If you clicked on the PTC cheat link, you were automatically suspended. If it was for one of the other reason such as using a Proxy or VPN or having multiple accounts, the system will also ban you.
You can visit our telegram group here to have us look at your account. With no information provided here, we have no way to assist you.

A fraudulent website, a waste of time!
They just blocked it, and all without any explanation! I don't have any referrals, I was just surfing, I didn't reach the withdrawal stage, I was blocked! I read similar reviews below and realized that the site is a scam like many of their sites!

No, actually, you didn't bother reading the advertisements and clicked on the cheat link ad clearly labeled "DO NOT CLICK". It is designed to prevent auto-click software, bots and members that just blindly click the PTC ads without reading them.
We also sent out communication to all members in advance of adding the cheat link.
If you do actually read the other reviews, you will notice the responses similar to this one and why their accounts were blocked.
You can easily appeal your account being blocked by visiting the telegram group at the link below and providing your username.

Absolutely incorrect. You did not click the captcha button in telegram when you joined to group to confirm you weren't a bot. If you sent an unsolicited private message to the admins, you would have been immediately blocked as well.
Secondly, an email was sent out to all suspended accounts earlier today with instructions on how have your account reviewed and that link is located here
https://help.faucetwave.net/en/category/account-suspensions-and-blocks/article/if-your-account-has-been-suspended
We have been online since October of 2023, not 2 months.
Kindly remove your review or there will be no opportunity for your account to be unsuspended.
Don't waste your time.
1. They said on FAQ faucetpay withdrawal is supported if you use the address not email. I used the address but lost my 1st payment (2$).
2. Payed me on Cwallet (2$).
3. Suspended my account with out a reason.

1. We clearly state that we DO NOT support Faucetpay. Please provide the FAQ where it shows that we do.
2. We paid you via CWallet was was owed from your withdrawal request.
3. We do not suspend accounts without a reason. You most likely clicked the cheat link in the PTC ads and didn't read what was there, thus it auto-suspended your account.

We are certainly not a fraudulent website. We also do not suspend accounts unless there is a reason.
If you clicked on the anti-cheat PTC ad, it would have auto-suspended your account. We just implemented that countermeasure yesterday to help address the massive amount of click fraud that we send a prior message about the day before.
You are more than welcome to visit our telegram group for us to discuss it without simply accusing a business of be fraudulent because something didn't work well for you.
