In Store Quality Customer Care
Today, I visited the Taunton Store to ask if I could return some items because they were faulty. I was assisted by Suzi & Jane who were very helpful and welcoming and without a quibble they fully refunded my purchase cost. I wanted to exchange the items but sadly, they are at this time out of stock. I will re-purchase as soon as they become available. I’m grateful for the quality customer care I received today. Fatface Great Brand and Taunton is a Highly Recommended Store.

Taunton store 5 stars!
Popped into the Taunton store today and would like to say I was greeted by smiles and friendliness! Not something that happens much in retail ;)
The lady on the till was Fiona and she was really chatty and smiley but so were the other 2 members of staff. Unfortunately I didn't get their names. Hopefully someone will know, due to the date.
Literally the warmest welcome of any shop I've been in today.

I love visiting the Taunton store
I love visiting the Taunton store, it always feels like a personal experience. All the staff are lovely and always really cheerful.
I was served by Fiona this time and she spent time with me, going through all the shorts, finding ones that I like. Nothing was too difficult and I loved how bubbly she was.
It’s honestly a pleasure to visit the Taunton store.

Great Customer Skills
I visited your Taunton store with a piece of clothing that was the wrong size ! The two ladies that were serving me on that day was Laura & Fiona they both were very polite and helpful with great customer service skills.They did sort out the clothing and i got it from another store.

Fab as always, made the most of the flash sale, considering how busy the store was today even the under £10 sale was really organised items in size order for easy shopping and quickly served at the till.

Fiona in your Taunton store went above…
Fiona in your Taunton store went above and beyond. I wanted a jumper that wasn’t on display in the shop. She took time to look it up on line and then decided to look upstairs in the storage part just incase there was one there. There was! And it was the right size ….and reduced as a sale item! I was delighted and also grateful for the time she spent and how pleasant she was.
