Brilliant service
Brilliant service, quality goods, value for money. Nothing more to say except I’m very happy with the goods received. Always happy with Fat Face & the variety of goods. My whole family loves the clothing etc., including 3 grandchildren under 9 years of age.

This was the first time I used the click & collect service in this store but it all went very smoothly. Lovely soft material in a very pretty colour. I’m normally a size 12, unfortunately they were a little big so I had to send them back.

Lovely staff
Went in to my local branch to browse and chatted to one of the staff who was so friendly and helpful, I brought a lovely cardigan which I am very pleased with.
Brightened up a dull and gloomy day!

Shopping made enjoyable - What!!??
Found an item which really suited me at a price that suited me even better. Was served by a lady was friendly, courteous and efficient ( not a common combination - to be honest, I've often found your staff - in other branches to be a bit 'snooty') . Made shopping (not my favourite activity!) a real pleasure

Bought a bunch of clothes online
Bought a bunch of clothes online, tried them on, kept some, sent the rest back via my local fatface shop. Returns were very quick and easy. Refund was instant. Fat face have some lovely summer clothes this year.

Breton T shirt
Great item . I am always a size 14 but disappointed recently to find that the 14 was really neat so had to order a 16 . So not sure why this was as all my Breton T shirts are a 14 . Quality is superb as usual . Lovely soft cotton and detailed finish .

VERY frustrating experience
Tunbridge Wells store - spent 25 very frustrating minutes at the till today trying to buy just 4 items, after already queuing for more than 8 mins to pay (which is acceptable obviously). Assistant struggled as reduced items hadn't been put onto the system correctly so had to key in codes for each item individually and IT obviously not her strength - VERY slow!! Then, the till completely gave up the ghost. Manager summoned, yes, it's true the till isn't working. Had to start the whole process again on another till. Instead of helping the assistant by reading out the lengthy codes the manager stood and looked puzzled at the broken till, whilst another 10 minutes passed, unpacking, entering codes, packing. Lots of apologies, but nevertheless hugely frustrating and mind-blowingly inefficient. Dreading a return visit if the items don't fit!!

Desperate bride seeking her perfect boots for her Christmas Eve wedding!
My boots were sold out across all my local stores and online. Nicola at the Tunbridge Wells store went above and beyond to track a pair down and managed to even get them safely delivered to her store so I could collect them.
Nicola was truly lovely, helpful and kept in touch with all her adventures to find them, and made me the happiest customer EVER! I promise. Huge love and thanks to Nicola and the team at Tunbridge Wells.
