Good quality and ethically sourced clothing. Well sized and proportioned. Fairly priced. Friendly and helpful staff. I would particularly mention staff at the St. Albans branch. A company that ticks all the boxes for me.

Lovely jumpers.
Fast, reliable service. The jumper was a bargain & fits well. The colour & design received compliments. A very comfortable, warm jumper. I have bought from Fat Face before & have also purchased another, different jumper for myself since. I recommend Fat Face.

The clothes I ordered arrived late and…
The clothes I ordered arrived late and in a torn and hastily re-sealed bag. There was also some sort of diet and grit in the bag. One item was missing, I went into the St Albans branch and they couldn’t deal with the issue and suggested I contact head office. I emailed and got no response. £20 down and no item. I work and have a baby and a toddler so I don’t have unlimited time to chase. The other items that were retuned in branch still have not been refunded (and they said it would take 10 days) this was 6-8 weeks ago.

Quick delivery. However I returned a lot of items. I find tees/tops and hoodies too short in the body and too wide. Long leg length in trousers is a bit random. Quality is good but fit sometimes not so good. The return process in store is a bit long winded (lucky I went on a late afternoon week day so not busy!).

Not good customer service
Ordered some jeans and a T-shirt online. Tried them on, not a great style for either, so took them back to my local store for a refund.
On looking at my bank account later I found I’d been charged for them again - and not credited. Phoned the number on my email receipt and they agreed that I had been wrongly charged - but no apology at all, I was just told that the money would be refunded ‘in 2 - 5 working days’. Not great customer service!! An apology and a gesture of goodwill would have been the thing to do!! What with that an previous problems with receiving my order/ receiving emails about mistakes in data breeches, I am having second thoughts about Fat Face!!
