Customer service is excellent. I had a return to make and they made the process easy especially as it was an online order - permitting me to exchange one item for others. Staff are welcoming and helpful. Thank you.

We have visited the store in Ripon before and advised us if we can't find what we want in store to order on line which we have done a couple of times and delivered to store. It works really well and the staff are really helpful

Excellent customer service
I regularly shop in the Fatface Ripon store and wanted to compliment all the staff on the excellent customer service I have received on every trip. You feel welcomed into the shop and everyone is very always very helpful. I would particularly like to mention Sue. The admin process was simple and I was kept updated about my order. Unfortunately the service was let down by the member of staff who retrieved my parcel in the Ripon store. She was far too familiar (she has only recently started working in the store I think). Her comments were unprofessional and unnecessary. Shame as I have always found the other staff very helpful. She would benefit from some training in customer service.
