Staff in store are always so friendly and helpful
I’m a regular shopper in the Milton Keynes Fatface store and every time I go in the staff are always so friendly, welcoming and helpful whenever I need anything. Today I went in looking for a new top I had seen online but was not yet out on the shop floor and Arna went up to the stockroom to find it for me. Teegan also helped me recently when I was searching for some sale items in my size, she spent ages trying to locate them online and in other stores for me - I managed to get everything I wanted in my size so I was truly grateful. I had a lovely chat with Holly too today, who is also very lovely! I don’t know the names of the other staff in the store but everyone in there is consistently so helpful whenever I need anything, aside from the being one of it favourite clothing brands, I always love going into this store!

Wonderful service from Holly
I popped in to the store today just on the off chance as the sale was on. The store was tidy and organised and everything was easy to find. I was able to purchase two lovely dresses.
What made the visit even better was your staff member Holly who served my at the till. She was professional, friendly, positive and made each customer feel important. She is an asset to your company and should be recognised for the exceptional service she provides.

Hello, thank you for taking the time to leave a review.
I'm really sorry to hear that you were unhappy with the service you received.
Upon looking into this further, I can see that you were emailed on 14/07 and 19/07 to advise that your order was ready to collect from the store. My colleague advised you of the same when you emailed in on 19/07.
In future, please feel free to give the store a ring and they'll be happy to let you know if the order is ready. They would also be happy to hold the parcel for longer, if you are unable to collect it in the given timeframe.
All the best, LB

Thankyou for your review and I am pleased to hear this matter was dealt with promptly for you but am sorry that your item was not in stock. Our stock can fluctuate rapidly during sale periods and the warehouse will pick the items manually so it can take time for the online stock to reflect what we do have. However, I will of course pass this feedback on - Take care, BP
