Fatface online ordering works very well with a good online system, good communications and prompt delivery. I also experienced a return of a Garment which was very quick and easy. FatFace is a great, customer-focused company to deal with.

Tried to purchase two item's apparently one item not in stock sent me the one item but not told which one until I complained. Why leave unavailable item's on the website be it colour or size surley in today's technology they can overcome this problem without to much effort
They must look at it from the customer point rather than what is good for them.
The members of staff who dealt with it were excellent but management need to look into improving the systwms

Our stock can fluctuate rapidly during sale periods and the warehouse will pick the items manually so it can take time for the online stock to reflect what we do have. The dungarees are lovely but the sizing is very small. I bought an 8-9 for my 7 yr old skinny granddaughter and I am having to replace them as they look too small

I love going into Fat Face Milton Keynes! The customer service is of a consistently high standard. This time Pauline welcomed me back following some months of absence after surgery. The other female staff member (I'm sorry not to have remembered her name) seemed equally pleased to see me and to witness my obvious recovery. They made me feel like an old friend dropping in. The care following this was as attentive as always - helpful and encouraging without being pushy. I want to thank these two women particularly for their friendliness, caring and support before and after my surgery. They really go the extra mile and seem passionate about their work. It really has made all the difference.
