Something I really wanted
Something I really wanted to go in the sale as it was rather more than I’m able to pay at the minute was indeed reduced. I was in store to return an online order and was delighted to return with my new Dark Green Heather Cardigan.
As always, the assistant remembered me and gave great service

Friendly staff and a very tidy store.
Ok, Well first of all I was greeted by a member of staff as soon as I entered the store. I found the store to be very clean and tidy with a large number of clothing well displayed. The person who help me to complete my purchase was very helpful with a friendly smile. I believe her name was Eleanor so many thanks.

Great service for online order and refund to store.
My on line order arrived very promptly and the free express delivery was great. Of the 3 items ordered I only kept one as the style of the other 2 didn't suit me. I returned these to the Maidstone store where I was immediately refunded by a very polite assistant. I will continue to look at FatFace as one of my first choices when needing something new.

Went in your store today to have a look at a bag I had seen online and was so glad to see Megan back it was lovely to catch up with her after not seeing her for so long! Unfortunately I didn’t find the bag I was looking and Megan offered to order it for me but I wanted to have a look at it in person. I will come back in a few weeks to see if it is in stock.

Felt very welcome in Maidstone today
Felt very welcome in Maidstone today - I wanted to try on a handful of clothes and the girl that helped me to the changing room was so friendly, and then when I came back out again she was there waiting and took the clothes from me and really had a good chat with me afterwards. I thought more about this when I got home and you don’t get this sort of customer service anymore so I had to write in. Thank you.
